In today's episode I'm doing a weekly wrap, getting real about what's been a genuinely tough couple of weeks, and what I've been learning in the thick of it.This one gets personal. My eldest left for overseas, my youngest got hit with some hard news, our support person left, and my nervous system has been well and truly activated. But mixed in with all of that has been some real beauty too, walks to the lighthouse, tea ceremony, kinesiology with Zoe Bosco, and the most extraordinary women showing up as heroes when I needed them most. I talk about the longing so many of us carry for safety and protection, why "finding it within" is both true and incomplete, what it actually looks like to let yourself be softer without losing your strength, and why right now might be the time to put down responsibility that was never yours to carry. I also get into my investing experiments with Claude, why an avoidance strategy only works until it doesn't, the blood test I put off for ten months, and what nervous system regulation actually looks like when life is running at full capacity.This episode is permission to be in the thick of it.
