My name is Lexter Almagro. I'm calling from Donovan State Prison. The title of the poem is called "Death Around the Corner." Got half my anger received and I'm overcome by self control. Replace my ignorance with the lightning. The IQ may be able to break the mold or will not die young at the hands of a cop and never get to make your own like George Floyd. I can't breathe. Will all of my dirty laundry be exposed, to rationalize his decree, actions and cold, or will I die at the hands of one of my own Black brothers as I attempt to make it home? Will I be still with bullet holes? Or, will I die of natural causes or drown from water dripping from a facet or die behind bars from COVID-19? Tattooed teardrop marked down my face to express the pain that I've been crying for. Nothing in my past can be washed away. But after the rain comes a brighter day as the sun rises to its highest peak. I did not survive gang feuds and the brutality of the police just to come to the unsanitized prison and die from COVID-19. I am dying to live while I'm living to die at this very moment, I see death around the corner. These commentaries are recorded by Noelle Hanrahan of Prison Radio.
My guest today is my dear friend and ex-colleague Magnus Rydèn. We met for the first time in November 2014 when he was looking for students to validate his Music Brand Scan methodology. We are both graduates from Stockholm School of Economics. And we were both hired at Soundtrack Your Brand at the same time in August 2015. Magnus as Head of Music and I as Head of Research. Before that Magnus's started the Indie label Heya Hifi in 2005 with Alf Tumble, his music partner in crime, another of my amazing ex-colleague from Soundtrack. Magnus is himself a music producer, a songwriter and a DJ.Soundbites#1 From running the Indie label Heya Hifi to manually curating brand-fit music for brands at Music ID.#2 The methodology behind the brand-fit music scan “Brand Scan”.#3 The world's first brand-fit research report “What does your brand sound like? ‘All the things I love is what my business is all about’ Dat is wat Lexter Woodley kenmerkt.

The Cog Crew has decided to help Lexter, though the circumstances could have been better. Now all that’s left to do is speak to Haversack about getting paid and secure passage to E’Golium. That means finding an airship that they can trust. That should be pretty straightforward. Unless Sabin or his real life counterpart Frank don’t derail things in and out of game... In the aftermath of Bo’Ko’Ko’s fall, Luca and Nova have mysteriously lost their hearing. With nowhere else to turn, the group is forced to return to Falas and seek the aid of Lexter, the old man who originally gave them control over their sense of hearing in the first place. The group remains suspicious, but what choice do they have? NOTE: Please redownload the episode. There was an error in the beginning that'd been fixed. Last we left our friends they had just accepted a job from a goblin named Haversack, who was willing to pay the group to kill his ex-master deep in the Echo Forest. The problem is, the Echo Forest is named as such for it’s piercing ringing, which drives anyone who stays within it mad. The group’s Forged needed a way to protect their hearing, and so they turned to a local ritualist named Lexter to help them through arcane means. He was willing to do so, in exchange for a favor at a later date. We return now as the group finds a way to kill time while Lexter works his ways... Previously, the group accepted a job from a goblin named Haversack to kill his former master, who dwelled deep in the Echo Forest. In order to survive the insanity-inducing ringing inside, the group obtained the services of a ritualist named Lexter, seemed performed the necessary rituals on Lucca Lu and Nova in exchange for a favor at a later date. Now, the group is ready to sneak into the forest and begin the hunt... If you love what you hear and want to listen to the next episode, go for it!
