Seit der Antike gehören Giftmorde zu der beliebtesten Variante jemanden "loszuwerden". Geruchs- und geschmacksneutral, lautlos und leicht zu bekommen! Es liegt auf der Hand, wieso die Wahl von Gift so einfach fällt. Erst gegen 1840 schafft es die Forensik Giftmorde nachzuweisen. Bis dahin war dies nämlich kaum möglich und der Täter oder die Täterin hatte gute Chancen mit einem Mord davonzukommen.
