In this episode of the Ryan Furrer Podcast I was joined by my good friends, husband and wife team of Hunterra Maps- Ben and Kate Harshyne. Not only is Hunterra a great product, but it's brought to you by great people. That's part of the reason why I had them on the show. They are living the American Dream of entrepreneurship. This journey takes you from living in the rat race type of lifestyle brought to you by Corporate America in the Washington D.C area to 'living it up' in campgrounds across the Country in an Airstream camper before digging their roots in the mecca of Big Buck Country of rural Iowa.Their story is an inspiration to anyone who wants to 'make it' on their own. As to the maps- as I mention in the podcast it a valuable tool every hunter should have on hand, as valuable as a rangefinder in my book. I'm constantly looking at my map and learning, even after I think I had it all figured out. So with that, give it a listen and check them out on all social media platforms and on the web at Hunterra.com Hope you enjoy.

No matter your field of expertise, there is something that you just can't do without. Some that might be a hammer, others a computer. For us, it's quality map. As everyone knows not all maps are created equal. We use a map from the very start to begin looking into a property. This initial aerial image of a property will help guide future decisions across the landscape. Considering all of this, it only makes sense for us to partner with Hunterra Maps. These maps are second to none. They are practical, functional, and high quality. In addition to talking about the importance of maps, we throw some thought-provoking "would you rather" questions! Don't miss out on how this week's podcast as we cover everything maps and the role they play in habitat management. Don't forget the code "legacy" to receive a discount on your next Hunterra Maps
