POPULARITY
This week is light on events but heavy on discussions. Drew and James open the show with a chat about missing client information, some new tools they are using, and another cool job to plug. This is a special show with 2 simultaneous guests, Keir Miron and Eric Muyser.
This week we're joined by Keir Miron, programmer for Darkest Dungeon. So of course we ask him endless questions about video games that he didn't work on. Well that's not entirely true, we do talk a hell of a lot about Darkest Dungeon this week, but also fashion tips, Firewatch, and fighting games. Alliteration! Hosts: Chris Norris-Jones, Kelly Wright, Benoit Busque Guest: Keir Miron, Programmer for Red Hook Studios, Makers of Darkest Dungeon

Join us as we celebrate our 200th milestone episode with special guest hosts, David Brevik and Keir Miron. Also the full cast of the games podcast from Press Any Key and Geeks With Wives. All this and more on this special live! episode of the Games Podcast.
Episode 124: Making Dunking an Olympic Sport We press 'F' this week to pay respects to the truest American artform: basketball dunks. With special guest Keir Miron, programmer for The Darkest Dungeon and noted basketball historian, we continue our path into sports madness by giving the NBA playoffs its due. And by its due I mean Keir teaches us everything because we know absolutely nothing. Except for slow motion dunking. We know a suspicious amount on slow motion dunking. Hosts: Chris Norris-Jones, Mike, Emery, Dave Guest: Keir Miron, Red Hook Studios Programmer and Basketball Historian
Greetings once again loyal listeners and welcome once again to your weekly vertical slice of gaming goodness and geek culture. This week we return to our regular ply and trade as we welcome a representative from an indie developer that was formed in the last few years and are working diligently on their first game. This time around we welcome the head programmer of the curiously named Red Hook Games, Keir Miron. They are currently crafted the psychological horror infused rougelike game called Darkest Dungeon, which is currently available in early access format. On the Topic of Discussion this week we shall be discussing the merits of digital archiving and why the ESA are foolish people who view only the short term. As always be sure to tune into the program live on Talkshoe this Wednesday at 9:00 PM EST/6:00 PM PST or if you miss the show be sure to download from Talkshoe, iTunes or the PodcastAddict App for Android.
We start this week with horror stories, and we end this week with horror stories, with some real talk on programming in the middle, thanks to our special guest Keir Miron, lead programmer for Darkest Dungeon. We also discuss the Wii U turnaround, postulate what Criterion's up to, and realize how video game decapitation transcends all genres. Emery also lets us know that 2048 taught him existence is meaningless, and that FTL is still a pretty good game. We also learn about plonking, which is incidentally something you can't unlearn. Hopped-Up Gamers: Chris Norris, Emery, Bill Special Guest: Keir Miron - Programmer for Red Hook Games, part-time lion tamer, shoots lightning from his hands Beer of the Week: Intergalactic Root Beer
