Sin embargo, su historia es una de las menos contadas, en gran medida, por la capacidad icónica de aquella canción publicada en el verano de 1991.Pero, para entender todo lo que sucede en torno a Bayo, hay que ampliar el foco al momento de València en torno a sus discotecas: ya masificadas y, sobre todo, vampirizadas por un sistema discográfico autárquico. Los actores se habían ido coordinando para explotar y acomplejar una realidad empresarial. Producir música en cantidad, sin alusión a ninguna calidad y sin conexión con las vanguardias del mundo, surtió de facturación durante un breve espacio de tiempo a todo el sistema.Es el origen del final. Las guitarras han desaparecido y la electrónica lo ocupa poco, pero desoyendo al acid house y primando la canción –muy a su manera– sobre el ritmo. Aunque en aquel momento todavía impera el peso del prototechno y el sonido industrial alemán que puede estar más próximo al tándem Bayo-Bou o Megabeat, lo cierto es que el declive de identidad y autenticidad se ha iniciado y València habrá emprendido un camino de no retorno. Un camino en el que en éxtasis también ayudará a marcar el ritmo. También, desde el estribillo más recordado de la historia de la música electrónica española.
