Robby's Devotional Humor Archives - Click Here For many years I have done a devotional at an assisted living facility in Mocksville, NC. When I first started a friend shared that the residents love it when you give them something to hold onto after you leave. Thus I began writing down the jokes and cute stories I would open the devotion with and printing them for the residents. To say they were a big hit would be an understatement, I became known as “The man with the Papers”. Over the years I have collected quite a few and thought that they would be a cool resource for someone who wants to do a devotional somewhere. So here is my collection in progress, yes they are all plagiarized and taken from other devotional sites, emails and anything else I came across.. The good news is they are edited for devotional use and words changed to not offend if possible… PLEASE, PLEASE Copy and paste at will and go make someone laugh, cry or just plain Glorify God…. Love, Robby

Meanwhile, on a policy level we are being written out of resources, privlages, etc and history. We are the only people with Undeniable Justifiable Grievance with this country. And It is time to CUT THE CHECK! Building great relationships is the key to a succesful life. After we have figured our what success looks like to us, then we should consider building and maintaining as many relationships as possible. IN business, building relationship is the key to growing our business from the ground up and with a small marketing budget. When we meet someone, build rapport with them, and then maintain the relationship by following up with them from time to time - and asking for referrals - we are buiding relationships. Even further, when you meet someone, you never know who you are going to meet through them as a referral. For example, I was recently invited to a Business meeting by my friend. At this meeting, I met two other people that I now connect and socializ with from time to time. Through these newfound relationships, I am now able to let them know how I can help the solve their problem of freeing up their time and finances. People should be our main focus when starting out, because people and the relationships that we form with them are one of the most important marketing tools that we have when we are starting out without that much money to spend on marketing. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/un-scripted/support

We cannot bank on this, however, and stop trying to build wealth. WE need to fight for reparations and engage in entrpreneurial activities such as business ownership and production. ProfBlack Got Your Covered (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRteR6kiJwk-bTA5eWPqapg/videos) This episode is about the power of journaling & how to create one. A Journal is a very important tool black man, and we need a journal so we can stay focused, organized, to write our goals down &to become more aware of our daily habits . Our Journal should also include Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, & Daily goals. Starting with yearly, then monthly, etc. I have been using this strategy for the last year, and now i am able to go back an entire year and literally look at all of the progress that i have made economically. The skill of journaling has helped me move up the economic ladder by creating year long goals for CBRs; It has helped me find ultimate clarity and understanding in terms of my life's direction; what works for me and what doesn't work; what i am passionate about and not as passionate about; what can bring in money the fastest with my current set of skills. But most importantly, journaling everyday And inspired me to always be learning everyday and in every way! You can experience all of these benefits too and the best part is is that it is never to late for you to start journaling! You can start right and I encourage you to do so because it will forever change your life! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/un-scripted/support
