Dan is on the U.S. National Sled Hockey Developmental team and is a program assistant at Northeast Passage. After we got a workout in we discussed how Northeast Passage has been essential in his life and how adaptive recreation can greatly improve the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Joey has big aspirations for 2020. After we got in a workout together we discuss his efforts as an author, grad student, and establishing a non-profit.
On the third episode of the AdaptX Performance Podcast we are joined by Kim "Rooster" Rossiter, president of Ainsley's Angels of America. While deployed in Iraq, Rooster's daughter was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder. She inspired Rooster to establish a non-profit. We discuss how their organization has maintained a high standard of quality while rapidly growing to more than 70 cities around the country.
