The narrative we tell ourselves is just that, a narrative. We can change it, and in turn, change our emotional and mental state. This ultimately alters the experience we have. What, who, how is the greater version, vision, of yourself?
Abusive relarionships: you arenot a victim, you just dont realize how strong you truly are. Giving your significant other the.benefit of the douvt, choosing to be patient, and ignoring the warning signs of abuse, chips away of your self confidence. It leads to self doubt, and poor me victim mentality. That is the abuse which steals your positive thinking, zapping you into a weak, and pessimistic person. If you do not heed to the red flags in the beginnings, and nip it in the bud, by holding to the greater version of yourself, then little by little you will chip away at your confidence, self esteem, and accept the story that you cant change.
You can't look at what went wrong, but look at what you accomplished along the way
If you didnt change it, you chose it. You aren't, and never were a victim. You were, and are, the director of your life. What's your story? Forget that story. Rewrite the script and set the stage for your life as you want it. No excuses. Growth Mentality Who can break you? Be Indominable!
Good bad, all ones fault. It is about changing stories, not comforting and pampering. It will never be comfortable for ppl to accept they did what they did, actes, said and believed. That is the point. Go in, get real, accept, change.
Never do, say and think things that degrade you for attention, and preferred attention from others.
Would you eat poison? Probably not. So why feed yourself negative, trivial information? Food can nourish, or poison. Same with thinking. It either nourishes.the.mind/body, or poisons it. How? Anything.that stimulates the brain, nerves, stimulates the entire body, and shapes the perspective you will hold. It shapes the direction and experience you will go in and have. www.awaken24.com

We have to stop talking ourselves down, especially when we dislike others doing it to us.
You are powerful! Now do that which makes you a better version of you no mater how you think. Never value the criticism from others when they laugh at you for doing what makes you better. People do that. Their words can anchor in the mind, nervous system, and cause looping negative thinking which becomes automatic negative thinking. It's a sham. Wake up!

Meditation is the act of not being controlled by the mind, body. In that act, in that practice, the mind body connection refines, free from cyclic habitual thinking no matter.what it is. When that state is reached, the brain/nerves and mind are free. Have you experienced that? Very few have, and fewer do. It isn't a state but a total "being". Until then, the act of meditating is practiced, free from dogma, religion, philosophy, accessory items and behavior that causes one to cling to more cyclic thinking.
This is the first step to track your thinking, which leads to emotion and daily activity habits. Doing this gives you a foothold into changing in the direction of your greatest self image. Do it!
