“My prediction is it'll double...It'll be $70 trillion and the system will get bigger,” says E.B. Tucker in this interview with Daniela Cambone. Responding to Vladimir Putin advisor Alexander Kobyakov's claim that Washington plans to offload its $37 trillion debt into a “crypto cloud,” Tucker cautions against overthinking the geopolitical spin. “If the Russian power structure and the U.S. power structure have this bizarre war behind the scenes, obviously that affects us, but there's a lot of moving parts there.” Instead, Tucker urges investors to focus on how to grow alongside a system that keeps expanding. “If that happens, I want my asset pile to grow with that, because otherwise I'm going to go backwards.” For gold, he warns that central bank buying won't last forever. “Now you get up here like 3,600 and you're like, okay, so you could have a 10% move, but we've had a lot of move now… gold tends to move in advance of things changing.” ✅ FREE RESOURCESDownload The Private Wealth Playbook — a data-backed guide to strategically acquiring gold and silver for maximum protection, privacy, and performance. Dr. Michelle Peticolas, international bestselling author and award-winning filmmaker, reveals why some people stay stuck in grief for decades while others heal naturally. Discover how unprocessed emotions literally lodge in your cellular memory and learn the revolutionary SERVE framework that transforms grief from suffering into authentic self-discovery.What You'll LearnThe physiological difference between normal grief and complex griefWhy traditional therapy often fails for long-term grieversHow childhood survival patterns create people-pleasing behaviors that block authentic healingThe SERVE framework: a step-by-step system for releasing trapped emotionsReal transformation stories, including a client who healed from 20 years of grief in monthsSigns that indicate you may be experiencing complex griefKey TakeawaysUnderstanding Grief as Physiological Grief isn't just emotional—it's a whole-body experience that triggers biological survival responses. When unexpressed, these emotions literally lodge in your cells and emerge at unexpected times through triggers. The People-Pleasing Pattern Many who struggle with complex grief developed people-pleasing survival mechanisms in childhood. These patterns, formed to maintain conditional love, prevent authentic self-expression and proper emotional processing. The SERVE FrameworkS - Surrender to feelings and emotions (with proper support)E - Engage with supportive community (like elephants protecting their grieving)R - Reframe your story about the lossV - Vision for who you want to becomeE - Express your authentic self in the worldInstead of seeing grief as something to overcome, honor it as a testament to love. The same voices that now brand themselves as guardians of truth spent years burying it. They didn't just miss the story—they smothered it. When it mattered most, they mocked anyone who dared raise questions, dismissed survivors, and labeled investigators as “conspiracy theorists.” They weren't protecting the public; they were protecting power, trimming out inconvenient facts to shield the reputations of their political favorites and social allies. Silence wasn't ignorance—it was strategy. Now those same outlets stand on their platforms with furrowed brows and solemn voices, lecturing about justice as if they hadn't tried to strangle the truth in its cradle. Yesterday's “fringe” is today's breaking news, and the very people who laughed off the facts are suddenly parading them as revelations. It's not a moral awakening; it's a performance. I recently got back from a trip, a pilgrimage back to my childhood home in England and Wales. I journeyed with my kids and my mom, and all of us found some necessary healing. The family trip became a powerful month of closing cycles, an unraveling of karmic loops, and a sacred offering to my lineage. Guided by ceremony, synchronicity, and the numbers 101/111 that have followed me for years, I was shown how endings always carry beginnings, and how the healing we commit to expands across decades. This story is about more than me. It's about the ways we're all called to listen, to follow the threads of our lineage, and to courageously face what is asking to be healed. When we do, we not only transform ourselves, but we shift the lives of our children, ancestors, and collective future. I love you. At 62, I'm publishing my first book challenging society's narrative about women after 50. "Empress Rising" rejects the notion that we should fade into invisibility and instead embraces our power as women who rule our own lives with wisdom earned through experience.• Written because women over 50 are often told to slow down, step aside, and become invisible• Inspired by seeing brilliance, wisdom, and power in women in their 50s-80s• Developed the "Empress" concept as an alternative to the limiting "crone" archetype• The Empress rules in her own right, sits on her throne because she's earned it• Share vulnerable personal stories including breast cancer, toxic relationships, and becoming a yoga teacher at 55• Every woman has stories of courage, resilience, and reinvention that deserve celebration• Writing this book at 61 because I finally have the clarity and courage to speak my truth• Message that women are not "old" or "too late" regardless of age• Your empress years aren't coming—they're here now"An Empress is a woman who rules in her own right. Jeffrey Epstein's lawyers worked aggressively to reshape the public narrative of his crimes, often framing him as a man who had already been punished and unfairly hounded. After his 2008 plea deal in Florida, they leaned heavily on the argument that Epstein had “paid his debt” through his short jail stint, home confinement, and sex offender registration, while minimizing the scope of his trafficking network. They attempted to cast his accusers as unreliable or motivated by money, painting him as the victim of opportunism and sensationalized media coverage. In motions and filings, his legal team repeatedly emphasized technicalities and prior agreements, trying to wall off new investigations by invoking the non-prosecution agreement as a shield against further accountability. This effort to rewrite history also included downplaying Epstein's ties to powerful figures, arguing that his social connections were innocent and misrepresented. His attorneys sought to control the narrative in court filings and public statements, stripping his crimes of context and portraying him as a man unfairly vilified long after the fact. They worked to narrow the story to a single incident in Florida rather than a global trafficking operation, attempting to erase the voices of dozens of women. In doing so, Epstein's lawyers weren't just defending him in court—they were actively trying to sanitize his legacy and protect the networks around him that had enabled his predation for decades.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:https://abovethelaw.com/2015/01/jeffrey-epsteins-lawyers-want-to-seal-documents-to-stop-the-frolic-with-the-media/

The Inca Empire in South America was one of the most powerful pre-Columbian societies. It was known for the architecture of Machu Picchu, an extensive road network and a system of terraces for agriculture. The society also kept records known as khipu, which involved a system of tying knots to encode sophisticated information.Literacy in this form of writing was assumed to be something that only the highest levels of Inca society could do. Like the rest of government, the Army is in the process of rewriting its acquisition regulations. But even before that process is finished, there's one big change officials say was important enough to make, sooner rather than later, a big reduction in peer reviews. The Army thinks those reviews strayed away from their original intent and added a lot of unnecessary delays to the contracting process. Federal News Networks, Jared Serbu has more on what's changing and the reform decision still ahead.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

In this episode, Jamie dives deep into the psychology and faith behind the narratives we rehearse in our minds, how they shape our reality, and most importantly — how to rewrite them.Rooted in Proverbs 23:7 (“For as he thinks in his heart, so is he”), this episode is both practical and encouraging. You'll learn how to spot limiting stories, understand where they come from, and replace them with new narratives that align with the life you're meant to live. What You'll Learn in This EpisodeHow to identify the repeating stories you tell yourself that may not be trueWhy psychologists call these “cognitive distortions” and how they form over timeCommon sources of limiting narratives: childhood experiences, culture, fear, and failureThe neuroscience of “rewiring” your brain with new thought patternsA simple 3-step process for rewriting your story and reclaiming your powerA practical journaling prompt to help you start living from a truer, stronger narrativeKey TakeawayYour story is powerful — but you get to choose how it's told. “If I just made more money, everything would be fine.” Sound familiar? The truth is, your financial challenges likely have nothing to do with your income and everything to do with the scarcity script that was programmed into you long before you ever touched a dollar. In this episode, I unpack how childhood lessons, cultural beliefs, and even well-intentioned advice can plant deep-seated money scripts that keep you stuck in fear, lack, and limitation. I share my own journey of breaking free from these beliefs—and the exact steps you can take to rewrite your financial story into one of confidence, abundance, and purpose. Episode Timeline & Highlights [0:00] – What the scarcity script is and how it quietly sabotages your financial life [2:17] – Childhood programming: how small lessons shape lifelong money beliefs [5:05] – Why “making more money” won't fix a scarcity mindset [6:27] – The hidden ways scarcity shows up: overspending, undercharging, avoiding budgets [7:22] – Reframing guilt around charging your worth [9:45] – How raising my prices actually led to better results for clients [13:09] – Training your brain to look at ROI instead of cost [14:21] – Why scarcity blocks more than income—it blocks your purpose [16:07] – Step 1: Awareness—writing down the money phrases you grew up with [16:40] – Step 2: Identity shift—building a new money identity statement [21:56] – Step 3: Evidence rebuilding—celebrating small wins to build trust with yourself Key Takeaways Scarcity Is Learned, Not Truth – The money beliefs you inherited growing up are scripts, not reality—and they can be rewritten. Abundance Unlocks Purpose – Letting go of fear-based money patterns isn't just about earning more; it's about living fully and giving freely. Rewrite in Three Steps – Awareness, identity shift, and evidence rebuilding are the tools to break free from scarcity and build abundance. Quotables “You don't rewrite the scarcity script—you obliterate it.” “Scarcity doesn't just block your income. It blocks your purpose.” “Abundance says, ‘How can I create it?' instead of, ‘I can't afford it.'” Links & Resources Learn more about BudgetDog Academy: https://budgetdog.com Book a call with my team: https://budgetdog.com Connect with me on Instagram: https://instagram.com/budgetdog If this episode challenged you to think differently about money, share it with someone who needs to hear it. Have you been ignoring the quiet whispers urging you to make a change? Sometimes, life gently nudges us in a new direction… and we refuse to listen. We cling to the familiar, soften our discomfort, and convince ourselves we can make it work. But the truth is: those whispers never go away. They grow louder until we reach a breaking point—a moment when the pain of staying becomes greater than the fear of change. In this solo episode, I open up about the whispers I ignored and the moment I finally reached my point of no return. I share the truth behind the story that changed the trajectory of my life—not when my journals were discovered, but what happened nearly two years later. And I invite you to reflect on your own moments of hesitation, bargaining, and self-betrayal. You don't have to wait until everything falls apart. You can make a choice now, before the whispers become screams. What we explore: Why we ignore our intuition and minimize our pain The truth about my own point of no return—and what finally broke the cycle How excuses, rationalizations, and fear keep us stuck in the in-between The toll that lingering in “not that bad” takes on your energy and self-worth Why choosing yourself doesn't require a crisis—it starts with one symbolic step If this episode speaks to you, I invite you to honor your own whispers and consider: what is your point of no return? And what single step will you take to claim your freedom? If you're ready to take the next step toward becoming a successful life coach, I invite you to download my free workbook: Rewrite the Story Keeping You Stuck: Become the Life Coach You're Meant to Be
