For this year's domestic violence awareness month, we decided to bring together the baddest class of women we know: survivors. Gabrielle and I met during our time at University of Florida. In between logging hours of performing improv (shout out Theatre Strike Force), I watched Gabrielle conceive and launch Stronger Than Stigma, an incredible non-profit organization working to break the stigma around mental health advocacy and awareness. In a few short years, STS has grown to be a force in North Florida community and beyond, and Gabrielle has become a huge advocate and source of support for many individuals dealing with mental health issues.
