Taylor goes behind the mic with Rod Pedersen. The former radio voice of the CFL's Saskatchewan Roughriders and WHL's Regina Pats shares his story from his start in the mid-90's and through the years of calling many events across the country that includes Grey Cups, a Memorial Cup and the World Junior Hockey Championship. Now host of a nation-wide syndicated sports talk show, the Milestone, SK native gives his thoughts on what it takes to succeed in sports broadcasting and opens up about his battles. Plus, some very funny stories of his travels in the Western Hockey League.

For episode 10 of Behind The Mic, Taylor has a fantastic conversation with his great friend Kyle Chase. Although a brief stint in sports radio, Kyle offers tremendous insight on the experience of co-hosting a morning show in a major market in Canada. Taylor also discusses many situations that can arise while working in Junior hockey as a broadcaster as Chase was part Owner and General Manager of the Sherwood Park Crusaders Junior A Hockey club for almost 20 years in the Alberta Junior Hockey League.

Taylor goes behind the mic with the NHL 's Edmonton Oilers Radio Color Analyst Bob Stauffer. The Edmonton, AB native is one of the most recognizable names in the Edmonton sports media scene as well throughout North America. Bob shares his journey from his start into broadcasting, working for the University of Alberta, hosting an all-sports afternoon radio show to becoming the radio analyst for the Edmonton Oilers.

In episode 8, Taylor goes behind the mic with AJ Jakubec of TSN Radio in Ottawa, Ontario. AJ is one of the countries most versatile sports broadcasters. From hockey, football, basketball, soccer to hosting the afternoon drive show, Jakubec shares his journey and what's allowed him to work all over Canada since the late 90's.

In episode 7, Taylor Medak goes behind the mic with the NHL's Edmonton Oilers Radio Play by Play voice, Cam Moon. The longtime voice of the Western Hockey League's Red Deer Rebels discusses his journey in sports broadcasting that's included stops in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Red Deer, Alberta and working Canadian Hockey League events at a young age all over Canada on TSN Television. The Edmonton, Alberta native shares his insight on what has allowed him to work in an industry for almost 30 years and get him to the ultimate job, broadcasting games for a National Hockey League club.

Taylor goes Behind The Mic with the Nanaimo Clippers (BCHL) Director of Business Operations Robb Hunter.  Robb's journey in sports broadcasting has taken him from coast to coast.  Most known for being the radio play by play voice of the Bonnyville Pontiacs of the Alberta Junior Hockey League, Mr. Hunter had the pleasure of working for Hockey Canada and covering their National Championships and International events all over Canada.  Robb takes us through his journey in broadcasting that has since seen him move into the business side of Junior A hockey.

In episode 5 of Behind The Mic, Taylor chats with Corey Graham. For almost a decade Corey was the voice of the Western Hockey League's Edmonton Oil Kings. During that time, Corey had the privilege of calling two WHL championships and one Memorial Cup Championship in 2014. Corey talks about landing a dream job and what it took to be a prominent voice on the airwaves of the WHL. The Victoria, British Columbia has forged over 15 years in the sports broadcasting industry that includes producing and hosting radio programs along with his play by play experience in Hockey and Football.

Taylor goes behind the mic with Dean Millard. Working together for over 5 years at TSN/TEAM 1260 Radio in Edmonton, Alberta, Dean was the co-host of the Pipeline Show and was a notable figure in the city's sports media scene. A veteran broadcaster since the late 90's, Millard touches on his story on how he ended up in the Alberta capital and how key it was to build a network of relationships to pave way for future opportunities. The Manitoba born product shares his insight, wisdom and advice about what it was like as a radio host, sports reporter and now a content creator in the world of podcasting.

Taylor goes behind the mic with former colleague Guy Flaming of The Pipeline Show. Arguably the most recognizable hockey prospects show in North America, based itself on sports radio in Edmonton, Alberta from 2006 to 2016. Now in the 16th season of the show, Guy shares his journey transitioning to podcasting from AM radio while still bringing the best content of Junior, College, Minor Pro Hockey and the NHL Entry Draft. Guy touches on his unconventional story on how he got into sports broadcasting and shares his memories over the past two decades covering the game.

Taylor has a chat with the person who gave him his first job in sports radio, Bryn Griffiths of Mighty Mouth Communications. For over 30 years Bryn has worked in Communications and Broadcasting with a very sports specific background. The Edmonton, Alberta native has worked throughout western Canada including right in his own back yard working with the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club of the National Hockey League. Bryn was also one of the pioneers to help build Edmonton's first all-sports radio station, TEAM 1260 AM.

Almost a decade in sports radio and communications, Taylor discusses his desire to get into broadcasting and getting his Radio and Television Diploma for the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Known for his roles over the years at TSN Radio in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada included producing and hosting. With hockey being his favorite sport, Taylor spent 8 seasons working for the Sherwood Park Crusaders of the Alberta Junior Hockey League. Taylor shares some of his favorite memories and personalities when he wraps up the first episode with his 10 questions he will be asking every guest.
