After chatting with each other over the phone for the last two dates, Alex and his final contestant finally get to see each other with their videos on! Will they hit things off after introducing the physical component? 

We decided to bring our relationship coach, Violet Lange, for a behind-the-scenes analysis of the dates that have happened so far. Violet also gives guidance on how to address issues such as dealing with awkwardness in dates, balancing fun and deeper topics, setting boundaries, and more!

Lily, Dakota, and Alex have their debriefs with Violet about their second dates. They discuss what they enjoyed about the dates and what could've gone better. And finally... Alex picks who he wants to go on a third and FINAL date with!

Alex goes on his second date with Dakota. Discovering that they are both recovering management consultants, they talked about some "frameworks", discussed any regrets they might have had so far, and even philosophized over Stoicism.  Are they aligned?

We hear debriefs on the first dates from the three female contestants, Lily, Julia and Dakota as well as our MBA Bachelor Alex. Alex then makes the decision to pick two out of the three contestants for a second date.  Who will he pick? 

Alex meets with our very last contestant, Dakota, on their very first phone date. They talked about everything from music interests, hobbies and even talked about how MBAs sometimes treat networking like a Pokemon game - gotta catch 'em all!

Alex meets MBA bachelorette Julia for the first time over the phone. They learn about each other's hobbies, their philosophy on dating and explore how they match from an energy level.

Our MBA Bachelor, Alex, meets one of our female contestants, Lily, on their very first blind phone date. Alex and Lily share stories of past travels, their love for languages, growing up as only children, and personal values. Will they hit it off? 

Everyone wants something different in a relationship. In this episode, we meet the three contestants that we chose for our MBA Bachelor, Alex. Violet's candid conversations with the three contestants reveal their learnings from the past, hopefulness for future relationships, and growth as a person.  Which lady will be the “startup” that Alex chooses?  

This is a mini-series about an MBA Bachelor going on a number of blind dates to find love. In this episode, we meet Alex, our MBA Bachelor, whom we selected from 70+ nominations across top business schools. He tells us how dating in business school is signing up to always be someone's plan B C D and how he's ready for something more serious and intentional.Later in this season, Alex will go on blind dates with three anonymous contestants handpicked by the Candr team. If he finds a final suitor, both he and his match will have the opportunity to reveal themselves. Through a candid conversation with relationship coach and Harvard MBA, Violet Lange, Alex draws in the listeners with his views on vulnerability, intentional dating, personal growth, and attachment style.
