Join us for week two of our 4-week Advent teaching series: “The King is Coming.” Join us as we continue to take a mind-bending trip into the reality of heaven as Scripture describes it. Heaven comes to earth, and King Jesus rules and reigns forever.
This Sunday the Church year starts over again, and we begin to tell the age-old story of Christianity once more. Advent begins the story with how it ends: “A King is Coming.”
Christ the King Sunday This Sunday is the last Sunday of the liturgical year, and it very much emphasizes how the Christian story will end: Jesus will return, as King of Kings, to rule and reign forever. This Sunday, we'll talk about the New Testament witness to Jesus' return.
Hebrews 10: This Sunday we wrap up our fall teaching series on the book of Hebrews. We're in chapter 10, where we continue to see Jesus as a “better hope and a steadfast anchor.” Through his completed work for us, we can draw near to God with confidence.
