Makyah is trying to kill me with a 75 Hard challenge. She wants to start the new year in a healthier place so we talk health, challenges and how that effects us mentally/physically.

We talk about the pandemic and the changes we've seen this year personally regarding it. Also touch on her most recent surgery and why she is not driving!?!?!

Makyah talks about her interest in make-up and how that leads into body image and self esteem. Enjoyable talk, we were one microphone down but it all worked out.
