A weekly podcast that talks player values, draft strategies, and amateur/minor league baseball players for the dynasty and keeper fantasy baseball formats.
You all asked for it! A quick and dirty solo cast hosted by yours truly, previewing the upcoming season. Not as prepped as I would have liked, but so what! Enjoy me talking too fast and generally being out of practice.
Join The Commissioner and guest host Chris to play a special spring training edition of Fake or For Real. We talk about a Mariner, a Red, a Royal, a Brewer, an Oriole, and an Astro, as well as Jabari Blash and Travis Lee.
Welcome back. It’s baseball season! Get pumped! How about you spend 2 hours with some of your favorite baseball people? A 2017 preview with Mike and Jordan.
Apparently I can record in Mono! The last weeks problems are behind us and we have our next great guest, Aarron Haddorff! He comes on and discusses all things Dy-Nasty and touches on his own team also. It was a great time and the brews were good too. The common theme is my affection for Kyles […]

Also, we touch on the amazing week 9 from the Fighting Banana Slugs and the roll they have been on. As always stay […]

Better late than never. Finally getting these up. All bugs worked out. Enjoy this and keep posted for all the new content coming!
A week five recap with Chris and Pat. That is really late.
A super late upload of an amazing podcast with Chris, owner of the E-Ville Kodiaks. This is seriously the first time this week that I’ve sat down at my computer since recording on Monday.
A season preview podcast to start the 2016 season from Dan and Mike.
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat? A podcast? It’s been since August of last year since one of these got recorded and posted. In this episode, Chris interviews Jordan, owner of the Clown Question Bros, discussing their 2015 season, their second championship season in a row….I assume. I haven’t listened yet. But I will! Also, a request of patience. Hosting […]
On this week’s episodes, we discuss the Max Scherzer trade, Yan Gomes vs Matt Wieters, and Rex “T-Rex” Pennebaker. We cover another 20ish trades, payouts, and how much one can care about how if they make the other team better in a trade. Subscribe on iTunes Subscribe via RSS Join the Facebook Group Vote for […]
On this week’s podcast, Mike and Jordan welcome in three new league members, discuss a few house keeping things and talk a whole lot about the flurry of trades in the DyNasty Baseball League. We also go a little more in depth on replacement players, the value of injured stars, and fantasy points per game. […]
Mike and Jordan handle their first of a few off season podcasts to discuss the flurry of Winter Meetings trades, the changes made in the DyNasty League and free agent signings. Yay baseball! Subscribe on iTunes Subscribe via RSS
Finally a wrap up show. I know it’s weeks late, but better late than never! We talk about the way the playoffs went down as well as changes are are discussing for 2015.
This week, there is a WHOLE lot of championship talk. We also talk a little bit about the nervousness about moving into next season with some positions, positional eligibility and more…ALL WITH A SPECIAL GUEST! You must listen to find out who. Subscribe on iTunes Subscribe via RSS
This week, special guest Dan Beachler joins Mike on the ‘cast to discuss the playoffs up to this point, Bryce Harper’s value, and an analysis of the seasons top players relative to their draft position. Not that much dynasty talk, but it’s more about how teams got to where they are for the end of the […]
In this episode, there isn’t much to talk about. Jordan and Mike talk about what could be in the playoffs, Jordan is a wet blanket on Mike’s game, and there is no mailbag. A real missed opportunity this week.
In this weeks episode, it’s all about “that” trade. We also discuss the first annual DyNasty Baseball trip, 1995 Indians, and what might be in the final week of the season.
Mike is on location (not baseball location, mind you), Jordan is at home. We talk about playoff status, surprise players, and a super special mailbag.
Jordan and Mike play an impromptu Fake or Fo’ Real, talk about the possibility of who will make the playoffs, and generally run off the rails. With no playoff clarity, it’s hard to stay on topic, eh?
This week, we talk about the Top 10 Rookies for 2014 (so far), the 2014 amateur draft (so far), and the playoffs (so far). So far, it’s shaping up to be an amazing podcast.
This week, Jordan and Mike take some time to discuss the mailbag. Lots of mailbag. And Ray Durham. And Mike Bordick.
This week we have a special guest auto-tuned guest, who helps us talk about Christian Beathancourt, the back of Domonic Brown’s baseball card, and the correct pronunciation of Stephen Vo-g-t.
Straight outta Cumpton, we talk about the Smoakomotive, WAR Pre-2002, UZR vs Uzis, and and There is also some football talk at the beginning and also a little bit of football talk at the end. Plus, a link for this week! A WAR comparision chart, showing how the different baseball sites build their formulas.
I’d put in a description, but I don’t think anyone reads them.
WAR is on tap in this podcast, along with a discussion about Tony Gwynn, Albert Belle, Joey Belle, and a little bit of bottom feeder bullying. We had a few disconnections during the recording, so hopefully it’s clean enough. I didn’t take the time to make it pretty this week.
Our second session of “Advanced Statistics 101”, debate over how good Nathan Eovaldi REALLY is, and WAY too much discussion about Kenny Lofton.
A really long podcast this week (you know, we have to make up for last week). Mike defends Ruben Tejada. Jordan REALLY considers Justin Turner. Also, the first installment of SABR 101, for the listeners sake.
You get a nearly full install me of “Fake or Fo’Real” this week. Plus other shenanigans.
A little bit of Michael in my life a little bit of Jordan by my side a little bit of Daniel is all I need to discuss Tommy John surgeries and how good Marlon Byrd actually is.
Gregory Polanco’s contract offer, Colby Rasmus’s value (or lack thereof) and the Crazy Hot Dog Vendor’s influence. It’s a great episode.
Mike and Jordan talk best players to open the season, take some mailbag questions, and play the poorly named game of “Real or Fluke”.
After an unintended hiatus, Jordan and Mike speak to the early season ‘struggles’ of Justin Verlander and Danny Salazar, ask “What really is replacement level?”, inquire about Mike Zunino’s ability to speak Spanish, and reminisce about the careers of George Blaine, Ed Scott, and Sterling Tamblyn.
Mike fears picking up free agents. Jordan gives a backhanded compliment to Dustin Ackley’s beard. Both talk about long term solutions to injuries, the potential for deals, and more.
Mike and Jordan talk at length about draft strategies and philosophies. Mike decided that he’s done apologizing for the length of the podcast. Jordan contemplates the value of “Brian Buxton”.
