We’ve all had some trying times the last few months and sometimes, at least for me, it can help instead of asking myself, “What good is it?” I ask, “What is the good?” This is especially important for me in my recovery. I need to make sure I reframe and see the good in things and have gratitude to avoid going down negative paths of thinking.
