A personal branding podcast that helps you live a life of freedom and fulfillment through impact and mastery
As humans, we are judgment machines. That judgment is the source of our two major fears: Being judged unacceptable ( fear of rejection) Being judged inadequate ( fear of not being good enough) For some of us these fears are a prison! Not everyone is going to accept us and many will think we have no right to pursue our dreams. I mean even Oprah had people who rejected her right up to today. In this episode, I give you a few tips to help you get over your fears of rejection and fear of not being good enough.
I came to the realization that I was spending way too much time searching for the perfect blueprint. The formula. The right framework. The El Dorado of entrepreneurship. But it doesn't exist. That's why I unsubscribed for so many things.
Fear and instinct are easily confused, and that has to do with the fact that they are both experienced as a “gut feeling” — and I mean that literally: a feeling in the pit of your stomach. The modern-day man and woman are no longer in touch with our instincts, our gut, and therefore our intuition. We’re so occupied with our thoughts and intelligent reasoning, that it’s hard to understand what our gut means when it has a feeling. This is a problem because we make most of our decisions based on what that voice inside our heads tells us. But what happens when we can't tell if the voice is a voice of fear or the voice of our intuition? There are ways to distinguish feelings based on fear from feelings based on instincts or gut feelings that signal intuition. In this episode we look at one of the simplest ways to make that distinction To get the accompanying download which helps you distinguish between Fear and Intuition, visit https://www.dalebharris.com/podcast/010
In my first year as a digital entrepreneur, I did all the easy things. I set up a nice website. I started a branded Instagram account. I called myself a personal branding coach. I created tons of free content. I even created a page on my website that said I was available for one on one coaching. I built it and waited for them to come. But they didn't. Sometimes when doing business online, you can be fooled into thinking that all the bells and whistles are part of doing business. Yes, to some extent they are, but business is about sales. And making sales come from making offers. In this episode, we dive into that concept. You can visit www.dalebharris.com/podcast/009 to get the accompanying transformational resource
One of the most common questions I get and I see people asking online, is, "How do I make $1,000,000?" My answer is always the same: one dollar at a time. One customer at a time. The truth is that most people would rather dream about running a $1 million business than actually doing the work to earn $10,000 in their business (and grow it from there). When we look at successful entrepreneurs, the numbers they quote get very big, so you think that's the only way. thousands of customers from one launch, 500,000 email subscribers, $8 million in revenue. It starts to get overwhelming. Today, I’ll show you what can happen when you start small. The truth is, you can create a successful business with a small number of people and that when you have a small number of customers, it's an opportunity to do some really amazing things.
In this episode I bring you a surprisingly short list you can copy and paste — so you can work less, stress less, and relax more doing work you enjoy. When people think about money and the internet, they get scared and confused. There are only three things you need to be successful with business online: Attract an audience Create a connection Sell them something Simple right, but making money online is made out to be complicated. You gotta be born an entrepreneur, you know., nonsense like that. Average guys and gals start businesses every day and there are just ten (or so) things you need to make money online. Use these if you don’t know where to start.

In this premiere episode, Dale goes into why he decided to call this new podcast 'The Full-Time Coach'. I talk about my experience doing Personal Branding work and how it led me to realize that there are so many coaches who are doing the thing they love, part-time. They have to maintain a full-time job simply because they haven't been able to get their coaching business to make enough money, That's what made me decide that I needed to do what I could to help early-stage coaches not just have a great personal brand, but also have the essentials to earn the money they need in order to be a full-time coach, What are the essentials? Irresistible offers!
