Today we're going to start off with details from the start of "Spark" the book...we'll talk about the school system that made major changes, what exercise and activity do to the body, and how this initial information aids in the understanding of not only what exercise does physically but also how that affect applies to the brain. Next - we'll get into the topic of setting goals! Whether they're personal, professional, emotional, interpersonal, fitness related, relationship specific goals...or anything...the action of physically writing out the goal and communicating it to those who support you...is in invaluable tool! We'll go over the basics of goal setting and some methods you can use so you stick to your own goals and improve. Finally we'll get into a short message regarding a new term to me, found/heard from Destin Sandlin from Smarter Every Day...a term coined by Destin (I believe) - Proactive Intentional Unity - In that section we'll break it down and explain further what it means.
