I wasn't looking forward to the week at all,but I still had to show up because of the love I have for my job, meanwhile as I was beginning to clear my desk after today's work, I could sense that I was feeling overwhelmed just thinking of the fact I have to resume this routine the next day. How about we flip the script a little bit? what if we changed our approach to setting new resolutions and all those rituals we do at the start of every new year? Imagine if our new year resolution is captured in this phrase: FINISH WHATEVER I START. This is the only GOAL I believe is worth pursuing in the year and it is upon it every other goal we may have for the year will be accomplished. Here are a few things to note: setting goals is incomplete without first defining actionable steps towards smashing it.
