Building a community is not easy, we have the luxury of a vibrant community that exists. The Magento Association needs to start asking: Why do you want to be part of our community? Are we fulfilling our mission? Have we asked the community if we are fulfilling our mission? Answering these questions will help you get started on the right track. This is a re-broadcast of an interview I did with Alessandro Ronchi on Talk Commerce. Alessandro is the CTO of BitBul, a Magento Agency in Italy. He has organized Magento events and appeared at many conferences across the world. The episode came out right before the MOSCA letter about forking Magento and makes for a very interesting listen.
