Just a podcast for recording stuff from the family :)
Early Monday morning and Mike has to drive Megan to the airport to get her back in time for work! What a trip! You can see photos here https://photos.app.goo.gl/2JeTi6B9nP8jWohs5
Megan and Mike reflect on a wonderful day of nature and seeing awesome stuff. They will get interrupted by the sunset. And how many animals did we see today? Listen to find out!
We head out on the way to our FINAL destination Calgary and Mike lectures Megan on Moose Jaw. Excited for our last day!!
A day filled with Canadian animals. Eagles, owls, falcons, alpacas, bison, beavers, Canada geese. We reflect as we move from Manitoba to Sasketchewan.
Stepping foot outside of Ontario as an Ontarian. Oh my. We had a great morning to a great day!!
Leaving Kakabeka Falls and reflecting on a good day of travel. We call in Sue and she desperately promotes her many many many Patreon supported podcasts. Check out www.waterfallsofontario.com for the water falls website. We would not have found Mink Creek Falls without it!
Mike and Megan are all energetic for their longest leg of the trip, from Sault to Kenora!! What a day it'll be!!
Past Sudbury, Mike and Megan talk about where in Toronto you can spot an owl. This episode with a very special guest!!!
Mike and Megan give their first thoughts as they hit the road for their long journey to Calgary!
Mike talks to Jamie about what she did today to almost go to the hospital and why she did it. We speak with Phil about his time on our mini-vacation and, because it was nearly bedtime, we read Robert Muncsh's Smelly Socks as a family. I can't say things don't get weird (they do) and the kids don't try their best to blow your eardrums off (again, they do) but it's always fun to sit down and record with them!
Just Jamie playing with water! From the end of the summer!
Philip talks about playing games at his camp and all about FGTV, his fav YouTube channel. Here's an example of FGTV: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-7XfrbI380 - RecordedAug 28, 2018
Aug 24, 2018 - Grandma sits down to record an interview with Jamie (Phil was off playing video games) it reminds me of all the tapes she did with us! The clicking you hear is Jamie turning the microphone off and on constantly! Enjoy!
Phil comes back from the grandparents and both the kids are in a pretty grumpy mood! Oh my! Things break bad, get ready for some loud sounds!
An earlier recording I found of Jamie when she was about 1.5 years old. you'll get a lot of Phil too! Too cute!
just a first trial with Anchor and a quick little recording with my Jamie!!!
