I also want to share an egg muffins recipe...get a muffin pan, coat with butter (I use vegan butter) smash 3 defrosted tater tots into bottom of pan...bake for 10 minutes at 400. While that baking mix together 6 eggs till blended. Cook any meat you want in the egg muffins...I like bacon. Cook bacon...chop bacon into bits. I add green onions and green bell pepper. Chop whatever you want in the egg bites. I put vegan cheese in mine and regular cheese in my husband's. Then bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are firm. Can keep in fridge for up to 4 days in tupperware. We will keep u posted on Heather's acupuncture visits and our self tanner experiments! Also...we are sorry for not being on our schedule. Things have been crazy with birthday parties and last minute trips out of state. we are going to be better and I think we may start videotaping our recordings!! Possibly posting to YouTube soon!!
