Welcomeee backkkkk!!This episode were talking about all things postpartum. Some of the things I went through and how I've overcame them. Although, I feel like you're never going to be completely healed because you're constantly changing and evolving, but I wanted to share some things I did to help me get out of depression and just all around help me feel better. I think Mommys mental health is SO important because if we are not in our right state of mind or not our best self, we cannot give out kids the proper care, love and nurturing  they need. 

Yalll omg this episode had me in tears  lol we had so much fun filming this. I had to bring my good good friend Zach 'Ace Of Klubz" Hinton to the show so we could talk about life behind motherhood, all the great times we had and also how he adjusted to my new life as a MUVA. Who am I ? How I became a Celebrity Makeup Artist, Relationships and so much more. This is a good one for sure!!!

This is a topic that sooooo many of you kept asking me about for the longest time, so I figured why not let It be the first episode I shared. We are talking about some of the trials and tribulations moving to Atlanta with my 1 year old daughter at the time with no family or friends and why I decided to leave. After listening to this, I hope that I inspire someone to leave anyone or anything that doesn't make them happy or makes them feel comfortable. To all my mommies out there, I see you and you are not alone this is your sign to go after your dreams and let your kid(s) be your motivation to go. Not be the reason you didnt. You deserve an amazing life too, so go create it!!
