Šéf hnutí ANO Andrej Babiš se znovu dočkal premiérského křesla. A může začít dělat, co chce. Jenže co to vlastně je?„Babiš byl roky ministrem financí, vedl už dvě vlády. O tom, jaký bude premiér, toho ale víme překvapivě málo. Převládne u něj touha po pomstě a stane se z něj autoritář jako z Obrána a Fica? Nebo zůstane hlavně pragmatik?“ ptá se v podcastu Václav Dolejší.Babiš už v minulosti hodněkrát ukázal, že dokáže úplně otočit. „Do politiky vstupoval když ne jako pravičák, tak středopravičák. Aby později změnil úplně všechno - program, marketing i voliče - a stal se levičákem,“ popisuje Lucie Stuchlíková.Podobný obrat udělal přerodem z liberála vzývajícího nové technologie a průmysl budoucnosti v konzervativce, jehož program leží hlavně ve zvyšování důchodů. A teď se čeká, jestli a jak moc se odstřihne od západního politika a přiblíží se východu.„Nadějí v tomhle může být Donald Trump, k němuž Babiš vzhlíží. Trump požaduje větší investice do obrany. Jestli se chce Babiš podívat od Bílého domu, nemůže to brát na lehkou váhu,“ říká Stuchlíková.Jistota nemáme ani ohledně rozpočtu. Babiš v minulosti byl spíš jestřábem, který hlídal výdaje, dnes chce rozhazovat všude možně. „Ale nevím, jestli to nakonec bude tak horké, jak se všichni bojí. Pokud by v průzkumech vycházelo, že lidé se bojí vysokých schodků, Babiš klidně zase otočí. A v něčem už se to děje,“ dodává Dolejší.Komu všemu se chce Babiš pomstít? Tónlistin sem börnin geta kallað fram í bókinni með því að ýta á þar til gerða takka er öll spiluð á alvöru hljóðfæri og sungin á íslensku, myndirnar eru handteiknaðar og gullfallegar eftir listakonuna Linn Janssen sem er upprunalega frá Þýskalandi en er búsett hér á landi. Við ræddum við Halldóru, Jón Snædal öldrunarlækni og Ingibjörgu Jóhannsdóttur forstöðukonu hjá Listasafni Íslands í þættinum í dag. Tříminutové video Andreje Babiše, ve kterém oznámil svoje řešení střetu zájmů, ve čtvrtek večer doslova zbořilo internet. „Nevratné řešení“, kdy Babiš zaparkuje Agrofert do trustu až do své smrti, komentovali doslova všichni.„Babiš zvolil takovou formu oznámení, kterou jsme od něj mohli čekat. Žádná tisková konference, kde by musel čelit otázkám, ale pečlivě zrežírované video,“ popisuje v podcastu Lucie Stuchlíková.Podle Václava Dolejšího Babišův tým vsadil na emoce: „Babiš sugestivně popisoval, jak dlouho firmu budoval. Zakomponoval do toho rodinu, svoji smrt. A podle reakce spousty komentátorů se trefil.“O tom, jak přesně bude řešení vypadat, toho zatím víme poměrně málo. „Nepodezírám Andreje Babiše, že by svoje oznámení nedodržel. Ale důležité bude to faktické provedení - jak moc budou správci a protektoři skutečně nezávislí, jak bude ošetřeno, aby se mu už akcie opravdu nevrátily,“ myslí si Stuchlíková.Andrej Babiš tentokrát zvolil mnohem přísnější řešení, než když naposledy Agrofert převáděl do svěřenského fondu. Přesto ale střet zájmů nemůže úplně vyřešit. „Přece jen to mají zdědit děti, takže logicky bude mít Babiš zájem na tom, aby se firmám dařilo. Navíc to zřejmě nebude úplně slepý fond a Babiš ví, jaké firmy v něm jsou. A taky se najednou nesmažou všechny jeho vazby na manažery,“ dodává Dolejší.Už fakt, že Andrej Babiš takové řešení vymyslel, je vlastně výkon - a to především prezidenta Petra Pavla. „Prezident dosáhl maxima možného. Andrej Babiš nic takového dobrovolně udělat nechtěl. A to na to byl Pavel sám a v ruce měl jen zákon o střetu zájmů, děravý jako cedník,“ dodává Stuchlíková.Pavlovi pomohla ještě jedna věc: starší nález Ústavního soudu, který říká, že prezident musí střet zájmů řešit. „To byl zlom v celé věci. Má jihočeský hejtman Martin Kuba šanci uspět s novým projektem i celostátně? A jak velkou ranou je odchod nejúspěšnějšího politika, měřeno volebními výsledky, pro ODS? Hodně napoví, kdo za ním odejde a jaké nové tváře sežene.Dalo se čekat, že jihočeský fenomén Martin Kuba spustí exodus členů ODS ve svém regionu oznámením, že stranu opouští a chystá vlastní politické hnutí. Tuší, že bez spojenectví s politikem, který dokázal získat v krajských volbách rekordních 47 procent hlasů, nemají v regionu politickou budoucnost.Za Kubou míří drtivá většina krajských i českobudějovických zastupitelů za ODS včetně primátorky Dagmar Škodové Parmové. O tomtéž občanští demokraté uvažují i radnicích ve zbývajících sedmi okresních městech. Bolestí pro místní ODS je hlavně odchod někdejšího hejtmana Jana Zahradníka, který je v regionu pořád velmi populární a těší se značné autoritě.Jenže Martin Kuba má ambici uspět i mimo své jihočeské "království", takže bude potřebovat lidi z celé republiky. Už se proto spojil s dalšími třemi regionálními lídry - pardubickým hejtmanem Martinem Netolickým, jihomoravským hejtmanem Janem Grolichem a bývalým moravskoslezským hejtmanem Ivo Vondrákem. Lidovec Grolich do nového Kubova subjektu nakonec nevstoupí, ale Netolický i Vondrák chtějí o spojenectví s jihočeským hejtmanem vyjednávat.A přejdou k Martinu Kubovi také nějací celostátní politici z ODS? Z poslanců asi nikdo, zato mezi senátory je živo. Hlavně mezi těmi z jižních Čech - českobudějovický senátor Zbyněk Sýkora už odchod za Kubou ohlásil, táborský Marek Slabý a strakonický Tomáš Fiala o něm uvažují. Naopak českokrumlovský Tomáš Jirsa, jinak velmi kritický k dnešní ODS, se překvapivě rozhodl stranický dres neměnit.Co říká na Kubův odchod vedení ODS? Co bude pít Petr Fiala na Vánoce? Sněmovna uložila vládě v demisi přepracovat státní rozpočet na příští rok, podle hnutí ANO v něm chybí asi 96 miliard korun. Ekonoma Michal Skořepa, předseda Výboru pro rozpočtové prognózy, který se zabývá příjmovou stránkou státních financí, ale míní, že rozpočet je z tohoto hlediska v pořádku. „Místy tam můžou být nějaké nesrovnalosti v řádu miliard, ale rozhodně to v součtu nejsou desítky miliard,“ zdůrazňuje v pořadu Interview Plus.
