Aaron and Steve share their experience and advice for Apprentices to make it through their apprenticeship, and for people entering the trade to get acclimated to the culture of construction. They gave a plethora of great advice about how to network and build your reputation, how to make the most of your apprenticeship and learning experiences, how to get acclimated to the culture of construction and more.

Jason Reynolds, Senior Director of the Eastern Division at the Woodworks Wood Products Council, joins the NWCI Podcast to discuss Mass Timber and CLT. We discuss the Woodworks Wood Product Council, the Mass Timber Movement’s past and future, and talk about upcoming Workshops and training for Mass Timber construction.

Addison talks with Eric Torset, Instructor out of the North Puget Sound, about Total Station for the NWCI Podcast. They go over the different layout technologies used in training, and talk about the Apprentice and Continuing Ed courses available for the Total Station technology.
