The creative process is something I struggle with a lot; I feel that I suffer from imposter syndrome when it comes to creating anything and don't feel I even belong in the same league as most of the creators I find myself sharing energy and space with. To be able to share a message that people can connect with on any level is so special to me and something that inspires me to keep creating and finding the creative energy inside myself. I am so thankful for the creative people that are in my life because they motivate me to keep making something, no matter what the medium is, because it helps me share a form of expression of myself as well as connect with the community. Please let me know what your creative process looks like, I would love to hear what works for each of you individually. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/darcy-soga/support
Today's episode is about topics that have been huge for me in my journey lately, all of my journeys I should say. Gaining more self awareness has allowed me to grow more as an individual and see my spaces for change and realignment. Becoming more self aware is a process, sometimes uncomfortable, but necessary. Having an ego death can be one of the greatest experiences that you didn't know you needed. Whether it is a spiritually fueled ego death, or a hallucinogen influenced ego death, there is no wrong way to have one in my mind. Moving through the motions and emotions of an ego death can help you grow and evolve in all aspects of your life. I do not recommend hallucinogens to anyone uncomfortable with them, but would love to hear experiences from any of my listeners. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/darcy-soga/support

It has been some time since we talked about baseball here and I'm thrilled to be recording this on the first day of Spring Training. The rebuild is in full force clearly as we have some great new additions to the team this off-season and last season. We will be discussing some of the recent news surrounding the SF Giants and their upcoming season, dazzled with a gang of great signings and prospects to peep galore. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/darcy-soga/support
In this segment, we discuss our message of the day through the Queen of Wands and the Two of Pentacles in reverse and what this means for us. I will be doing a separate segment about SF Giants baseball for my OGs. Today I am introducing a new segment called Tarot Card of the Day where I pull a card and try and define what that means for us the day. This is very different from what I normally cover on this podcast but it will be a different segment that I do every once in a while, potentially a full and new moon segment considering today is the Full Moon in Leo. Hopefully you all enjoy this segment as much as I'll enjoy making it. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/darcy-soga/support
Yes please picture Cher from Clueless saying that except for it's me apologizing for disappearing when I said I was back. On this episode I will dive into what I have been up to since July, what I am up to now, and the direction I believe the show will be taking from here on out. All in all, I'm just here to be myself and talk about baseball, tarot & astrology as I am learning more about it, dating, and whatever else I want to talk about, after all it is playing the field, with ME. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/darcy-soga/support

I was lucky enough to share the company with one of my best friends, and wonderful artists, Vanecia Ruiz (NOT Vanessa). I asked her some hard-hitting questions, and we even played two truths and a lie. Beware of cackling and potentially a snort laugh or two. I did not want to draw any excess [negative] attention to this, but now seems as good of a time as ever to share what I have been doing during quarantine to make it work to my advantage and stay optimistic during a time of negativity and pessimism. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/darcy-soga/support
I used to dread spring cleaning time at my house when I was younger because that was actually all year round in my life. Now, I admire my mom's attention to detail in cleaning and clearing the cobwebs & dust off of every surface imaginable. I now not only enjoy spring cleaning, but I have also taken spring cleaning to a less literal level and I now also spring clean my whole life. Detaching from sentimental attachments and the idea of "stuff" has very literally changed and improved my life tenfold. I'm just sharing what works for me because I know someone out there needs to hear this and I encourage any of you to do the same. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/darcy-soga/support
How to get where you should be and where you want to be, as well as attracting what you desire. Mental Health is a largely untapped, but also budding, topic that we should be addressing way earlier in life. I'm trying to think of when I first learned about mental illnesses, and it was barely after I had been diagnosed with severe depression when I was in high school. I am so grateful for the ability to learn through others as well as myself and help set my self and help other set themselves up for success in the future. Boundaries have been my saving grace, I wouldn't have as many blessings in my life without the ability to set boundaries for myself and be aware of other people's boundaries as well. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/darcy-soga/support
I have learned the most about friendships in the last six months to a year. I am grateful for all of the friendships in my life, those that are still going strong and those that have ended. You all have taught me a great deal and there isn't a single thing I would take back. HOWEVER, we have to want more for ourselves and have better ways at setting boundaries. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/darcy-soga/support

I started typing this thinking about what position I would play if I was a baseball player and I feel like I need further professional assistance on this one. In this segment I will discuss what basically has gotten me from point A to where ever the heck I am now. I am getting the hang of saying "um.." and "like" a lot less, listening back on some of those clips are so cringey.
