He inspires youth and adults through self defence teaching, while giving them confidence, respect and real world skills.

Having met both of them through theatre, Matt has seen first hand the passion, knowledge and experience these two bring to the theatre arts in Chilliwack.
John Martin was elected MLA for Chilliwack on May 14, 2013. He was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations on January 20, 2016. Prior to his election to the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, John worked as a criminologist and faculty member in the School of Criminology at University of the Fraser Valley.
Ron has become a business fixture in downtown Chilliwack with his Decades Coffee Club. Aside from coffee, Ron has a list of other entrepreneurial accomplishments, including his most recent success as a local realtor with Century 21.
Shannon has been involved in our local historical and archival work for a number of years. Listening to her talk about the history of Chilliwack, our local buildings, streets and families, it's not hard to see her passion for the work she does.
Jason is a long time resident and advocate for the city of Chilliwack. He's a small business owner and closet nerd. His passion for the people and communities that make up Chilliwack is clearly evident through his desire to run twice, and get elected both times, for city council.
