Episode 3 - Brian MarraIn this episode I sit down with Brian Marra.Brian Marra is the definition of an entrepreneur.  Working for someone else has never been an option for Brian and he's always hungry for more.  Brian spent several years owning and operating several cellular phone stores and many other businesses.  He's now the CEO and Founder of Marra Enterprises, Inc. which owns Un-Flood-It, a water restoration company based in the Pittsburgh area and NicAnt, LLC a small real estate investment company.Un-Flood-It specializes in water restoration and mold remediation.  He felt that the way to provide the highest level of service in the restoration industry was to solely focus and specialize in water related issues.  During our chat we discuss how entrepreneurship is in your blood, how to embrace the talents that your kids are born with, how business owners risk it all to accomplish our dreams, and much more. 

Episode 1 - Hugh RumbaughWelcome to the very first episode of Real Entrepreneurship with Jerry Kenna.  In this episode we interview Real Estate Investor, Hugh Rumbaugh.During this episode we discuss getting into the real estate world, what it really takes to make it in business, and how it's not always glamourous.We also discuss the education crisis in America and how to keep a reasonable work life balance when hustling as an entrepreneur.Hugh Rumbaugh is a real estate investor in the Pittsburgh area that focuses on both renovating and reselling homes as well as long term rental investments.  He's an interesting guy that's been around and see a lot.  Definitely worth the time to listen.Being this is our first ever podcast, we are a little disappointed with the audio quality, but fear not because we upgraded our microphones for episode 2 so it turned out much better!

Episode 2 - Josh PariseOn episode 2 of Real Entrepreneurship I sit down with serial entrepreneur and Marine, Josh Parise.  We discuss Josh's path from Pittsburgh to California and back, twice, his time in the Marine Corp and everything else he's accomplished in 42 short years.Josh can be both inspiring and hilarious so check it out!
