Staying abstinent from drugs and alcohol ain't easy. Reward yourself with something that makes you feel good. A trip. A dinner. Connect with someone. Don't do this alone.
Now that your sober you may need something to help you stay motivated. A purpose. Find one.
Relapse? Slip? Fallen and you can't get up? Drop the shame and guilt and focus on today. The present is all we have and if you are stuck in the past that is your worst enemy right now. Freedom is in this moment and everyone has access to it.
