Coach Harv and Towles discuss some of the recent NFL transactions and talk some Major League Baseball as the season has just gotten underway wit two games in Japan. The rest of the league will start on March 28th.

Antonio Brown was traded to the Raiders for a 3rd and 5th round pick. Towles still thinks Lebron is having an MVP type season. The Golden State Warriors are playing subpar but Coach Harv thinks they are just waiting to hit the Playoff switch. Bryce Harper saw four outfielders with the I field shifted to the pull side. Will this continue? Coach Harv and Towles were able to discuss these things and some more on their recent Seek1st & Towles episode.

Fred and I (Coach Harv) were able to link up and talk a little MLB and NBA for this episode. It looks like trouble is on the horizon for LeBron and the Lakers. Will they still get in? What do you think of the Manny Machado and Bryce Harper signings? Are they good fits? We will be watching.
