Dylan is a good friend of mine, and he is a very interesting man. We sat down to do this podcast in preparation for a whole separate show we are planning on doing about Harry Potter. This episode was just to see how Dylan did on the mic and I think he did pretty well! He talks about how to play chess and some of the fascinating culture around it!

Parker and I are going to try something new. He is going to be a recurring guest on the show and each time he is on we are going to talk about different aspects of the gym. In this specific episode parker talks about what workouts to do to train or size and compares and contrasts them with what workouts to do when training for strength.

I had my dad on this episode to talk about his career in air conditioning and how learning to properly sell made him successful. He talks about how selling has changed from high pressure situations of trying to convince someone, to simply informing customers and allowing them to choose what is best for them.
