Hi, I am Emily Faith. I am a walk & talk and drama therapist that believes that healing & transformation should not be limited to a couch in an office. Join me each week for gentle, guided support to help you reduce stress, tune into your resilience & increase your self-compassion- all while you move your body outdoors. For so many, it can be easy to shut the door on your mental health needs. It is my hope that with this podcast, another door (or path) opens. New Episodes on Tuesdays.
Inspired by IFS, this walk takes you through not changing anything at all. It invites you to sit with all parts of yourself and just notice. This walk is for the ones who need a break from self-improvement and over-thinking.
Feeling "stuck" in life is normal. Often when we feel as if we do not have any options in front of us, anxiety rises and our ability to be present dwindles. In this guided walk, we will explore what represents those feelings of stuck, and discover the bridge to take us from immobility to where we want to be. This is not therapy nor should be used as a replacement for therapy. Contact@openhaustherapy.com @emilypfaith
Flight anxiety is common for adults. I experience anxiety on flights and have to use all of my coping skills to make it to my final destination. It is my hope that this episode helps you relax as you make it to the airport, get through security, find your gate and take off to the skies.
