What is his or her intentions in your life? Whether it's a family friend or significant other you need to know the intentions. Now let's be honest, people are not going to blatantly state their intentions most of the time because they honestly don't know. But in order for you to know you have to step back and observe and ignore the words. A person can come off loving and caring but intentions are selfish. And a person can come off a little rigid but their intentions are pure. Don't throw away good people because of your own insecure reflection. Instead realize that that person is flawed like you and observe their intentions.
So much has happened this year and I want to check on you all to see if you're checking on yourself. It's time to come alive and get back to what we love to do... Regardless of all that has happened. Black woman, are you okay? When was the last time you asked.yourself that question. It's time for us to love ourselves better. To swallow pride, accept that we have weaknesses and want to be loved. That we had to be strong and it wasn't a want. Now, it's time to shift the perception of ourselves. Society see us as angry and strong and some of us see ourselves as that. But... What you want to see yourself as?
You are valuable and you never lose value. You are an original masterpiece. Created by God Himself. So, why are your thoughts of you and your life so negative? Your life isn't of less value. You are important. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
Mental Health in the black community is in desperate need of attention. Traumatic events have been broadcasted all over social media and television, and we are not okay. Seeing someone with the same color skin as yours treated less than human should not be the norm nor the expected, but for my people, it is. So, today I have a special guest , life and Relationship Strategist, Marshaun O., to inform how to notice signs of a mental health issue within yourself or someone else, and how to respond. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

Today I speak on this podcast with a heavy heart and upset soul. To consistently face the barriers of inequality and see heinous crimes committed towards my people had provoked me to use my platform. You...yes you, have the capability to redefine the way you describe yourself. Will you ever be perfect, no but stepping into that specific capacity will broaden your will to change. And enhance your will to live. We have a tendency to get on ourselves after a mistake. Ask yourself, would you treat a child the same who made a mistake.
