Your sweet preschooler just turned into a pint-sized whirlwind—kicking, screaming, and even hitting. Before you panic or punish, listen in. Dr Justin and Kylie Coulson unpack why three-year-olds lash out, why it’s actually developmentally normal, and the calm, practical steps that help them (and you) find peace. Key Points Why hitting at age three is common—and not a sign you’re raising a violent teen. The real drivers: big emotions, low impulse control, limited language. Three core responses: stay regulated, set clear limits, redirect with movement or creative outlets. After the storm: empathic conversations and rehearsal for “next time.” Prevention tips: check the HALTS (Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired, Stressed) and keep screen time low. Quote of the Episode “Regulating emotions is harder than learning to walk or tie shoelaces. Your job is to stay the adult while your child learns.” – Dr Justin Coulson Resources Mentioned Little People, Big Feelings [Webinar] – practical tools for parents of toddlers and preschoolers. Little People, Big Feelings [The Summit] Action Steps for Parents Stay calm—model the regulation you want your child to learn. State the boundary—“We have gentle hands. Hitting hurts.” Redirect energy—offer drawing, movement, or grounding games. Debrief later—when calm, problem-solve and rehearse next time. Check the basics—food, sleep, connection, and screen habits. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
What happens when the jealous rage of a living person is so strong, it crosses the boundary between the physical and the spiritual? That's the terrifying question behind this chilling story of paranormal intrusion, astral projection, and pure rage. One night, a sensitive sleeper woke to the overwhelming sensation that a woman was standing at the foot of the bed. Normally, these experiences could be brushed aside, but this one was different. This time, the air itself seemed to vibrate with fury. They didn't dare open their eyes, certain that if they did, they would see a woman's face twisted in anger, staring back. Days later, the nightmare became reality. The ex-fiancé revealed that his former girlfriend's mother had suddenly called, asking him to come pick her up from a bus station. He refused, explaining that he had moved. But when asked about the woman's appearance, he confirmed the detail that made blood run cold—his ex had brown hair, just like the figure in the dream. The chilling part? According to him, this woman had no idea his new partner even existed. So how could her spirit—or something like it—find its way directly into that bedroom? Could it have been a haunting? Or something even stranger—astral projection fueled by jealousy and rage, strong enough to bridge the distance between towns? #AstralProjection #ParanormalStory #RealGhostStoriesOnline #HauntedDreams #ParanormalEncounter #LivingHaunting #SpiritVisit #CreepyStory #SupernaturalExperience #GhostStories Love real ghost stories? It's about creating safety, updating beliefs, and letting your body remember how to release what it's been carrying.

New footage of the Charlotte rail murder was released and it's extremely gruesome. This issue hits hard in the Conservative Circus bringing the Ringmaster James T. and Producer A-Train Aaron to tears. It also brought out a feeling of being fed up with liberal policies and when it comes to Producer Aaron, he's had enough and compassion for criminals of all kinds is out the window, and a lot of our listeners agree 100% with him. Speaking of liberals, liberal CNN actually said that President Trump's bombing of the cartel boats is a war crime, yeah, they're defending criminals again. How's diversity working for the western world? Europe is fed up, but closer to home, Canadian citizens are getting angry too, yes, the friendly Canadians have had enough! This and much more, take a good listen.

Some hauntings announce themselves with slamming doors and violent screams. Others creep in quietly, folding themselves into the rhythm of your life until you can't tell where the ordinary ends and the extraordinary begins. This is a true story of one woman's experience with real hauntings in Iceland — encounters so chilling they blur the line between life and death. When she and her boyfriend moved into a small apartment, the first sign was subtle: a spirit that copied voices. She heard her boyfriend speaking and even felt him sit on the bed — only for him to walk in minutes later from outside. Soon, the ghost mimicked her friend's invented Dungeons & Dragons character, proving it wasn't just her imagination. The activity grew bolder after they bought an older house. There, she heard phantom children running upstairs, witnessed hair-pulling from unseen hands, and even spotted a ghost kitten she named Julia walking across her bed. Friends agreed the home felt strangely warm, yet the nights told a different story: relentless clicking light switches, phantom music, and voices on phone calls when she was home alone. This isn't just a ghost story. It's a real haunting that follows her wherever she goes — voices, visions, apparitions, and even impossible flames. Because the haunting isn't bound to a place. It's bound to her. In this episode, the More Than Roommates team tackles one of the most quoted—and misunderstood—marriage verses: “Don't let the sun go down on your anger.” They unpack what Ephesians 4:26 really means, why staying up until 2 a.m. fighting isn't always wise, and practical ways to resolve conflict quickly without giving the enemy a foothold in your marriage. Scriptures:Ephesians 4:25-27Ephesians 4:3Romans 12:18 Questions to Discuss:1. What are your sleeping habits as a couple?2. How have you as a couple interpreted “Don't let the sun go down on your anger” in your marriage? Has it helped or hurt you?3. When you're in conflict late at night, what's your agreed-upon plan—keep talking, or hit pause and revisit?4. What “pre-decisions” could you make (e.g., never sleeping on the couch in anger) to protect unity in your relationship?5. Are there busy schedules or commitments keeping you from connecting before the late-night hours? If so, what changes could you make?

We talked about the Giants quarterback situation and how they have to try hard not to screw up Jaxson Dart. It seems like the only chance Daboll has of keeping his job is starting Dart and him playing well. Callers are sick of the boring Giants offense. If the Giants don't win this week in Dallas, this has the makings of a 3-win season. They have the Chiefs and Chargers after that. A caller calls Andrew Thomas a ‘mutt' for not playing hurt. Jerry returns for an update and starts with the sounds of the Steelers beating the Jets with a 60 yard FG. Mike Tomlin described him as wanting to ‘bang from deep'. We heard the sounds of the Commanders having no problem with the Giants as they scored only 6 points. Malik Nabers talked about his spat with Daboll on the sideline. Russell Wilson was asked about the supposed package of plays for Jaxson Dart. Daniel Jones had a great day as the Colts beat the Dolphins. Buffalo scored 16 unanswered points to come back in the fourth quarter to beat the Ravens. Jerry went around the NFL. The Yankees took their series from the Blue Jays while the Mets lost theirs to the Reds. In the final segment of the hour, a fan shoved DeAndre Hopkins so Lamar Jackson shoved him back. Gio thinks moronic fans should keep their hands off the players.
We start the NFL season with two 0-1 teams yet again. The Jets offense looked surprisingly good but the defense gave up 4 TDs to Aaron Rodgers. The Jets also had a fumble on a kickoff return that really hurt them. Justin Fields made a lot of good throws. What will Brian Daboll do at quarterback? Gio said he cannot put Jaxson Dart out there behind that line. Jerry is here for his first update of the day and starts with the Xavier Gipson fumble that really hurt them and the 60 yard FG that won the game. Mike Tomlin called the kicker a ‘serial killer'. Aaron Glenn talked about the discipline issues they had. Brian Daboll talked about the tough loss in Washington. We heard Daniel Jones throwing a beautiful pass for a TD as they had no problem with Miami. Mike McDaniel talked about what went wrong. The Ravens blew a big lead in the fourth quarter and lost to the Bills. Green Bay had no problem beating the Lions. The Yankees beat the Blue Jays and took the series as Cody Bellinger had a nice RBI. The Mets lost to the Reds and dropped the series. In the final segment of the hour, we took calls from Giants fans who are sick of the same old same old.

We're kicking-off Season 20 with Arc of Infinity! This story features Time Lords doing what Time Lords do best, the return of Omega and introduction of his mutant turkey/pterodactyl thing, and some traipsing around Amsterdam. It sounds like it should be quite good. But will the Watchers think that it's the sort of bang that the season should start with – one that caused by anti-matter and matter colliding? Join us as we discuss our total disdain for the planet Gallifrey and Time Lord society, our love of Action Hero Nyssa, the brain slugs from Futurama, how the Castellan and Commander Maxil seem to be aware of the narrative structure of a Doctor Who story, and how President Borusa is apparently very susceptible to phishing. We also delve into the question of “what is the Matrix?” – because the last time we saw it, it certainly wasn't… whatever the heck we see in this story. Jase and Al crack up recalling the time Jase was attacked by a group of utility workers with gardening tools after a particularly bad golf shot. Still standing by his recent rant about biblical fowl, Jase reluctantly shares the real reason Phil hated roosters and how he made that clear one afternoon during their childhood. Al describes a piece of art that's been stuck in his mind, and the guys discuss what it means to walk in the light while battling the darkness within.
