Well hello, once again. I know it has been a while since we have spoken but I am back now, although I am not too sure if I will be here to stay. All I can say is I will be taking it one day at a time and probably drop a few episodes here and there, for now. Whew! What a way to end my first season...in this episode, I am joined with one of my beautiful little sisters, Blessing, as we dive into our relationship with other individuals, our relationship with one another, as well as our own relationship with ourselves. Let's talk about the what, shall we? What is mental health and why is it an important matter to discuss, especially in the lens of Christ. Growing up, I never gave a thought to how I could take care of my mind or even think that God cared about my mental health at all. For someone who used to deal with depression and still suffers from anxiety, I never thought there was a chance for me to heal or even be real with my own self about what I was dealing with. However, my friend, Adrian, and I have come to the realization that God actually cares about each and every aspect of our lives, even mentally.
