This week on the #OTCBPodcast we continue our 20 in 20 series with the man who scored 'The Goal' 20 years ago this summer, Kaleb Toth. 'We all squeezed the stick and we all pulled the trigger'- sure, a Tragically Hip line from a song about the Toronto Maple Leafs but it's a very apropos line to use when describing the shot from Toth, to lift the Toronto Rock past the Rochester Knighthawks in the 2000 NLL Cup finals. That was the start of his pro lacrosse career that may have never gotten off the ground had his ECHL coach allowed him to move up to the IHL; hockey's loss was most definitely lacrosse's gain. Since that goal, 9er went on to become of the most elite players in NLL history, winning a pair of titles for his hometown Calgary Roughnecks and two Mann Cups with the Victoria Shamrocks to go along with his MInto Cups as a member of the Burnaby Jr Lakers. He has some amazing stories to tell and we get to a bunch of them, this week on the OTCBPodcast.

What more could you want?!

'The Goal' is one of the most important books with regard to building team. There is not a better book on the theory of constraints. In fact, it's one of the first books I recommend to clients when we start working together. Businesses change once their founders read this book.
