The key to meditation is all about finding peace within yourself but sometimes, it doesn't work out that way. And it certainly wasn't a peaceful experience for our own Deirdre O'Kane on the first try! Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Deirdre shared her own 'traumatic' experience of meditation and explained how the Fleabag/Normal People crossover came together.
