Hey friend, Do you believe in ghosts? I'm not talking about the kind of ghost that spooks around but the kind of ghost that you go on a date with and disappears never to be seen. If you are single and have been actively dating at some point or another you've likely been ghosted or you yourself have ghosted. In this episode I go over all things ghosting including: What is ghosting? Why do people ghost? Can you avoid being ghosted? Should I confront a ghost? Is there a right way to ghost? How to get closure from being ghosted. It's a jam packed episode and I share a couple of my own personal ghosting stories with y'all. *** GIVEAWAY ALERT *** I've partnered up with the guys over at The Eye Lab Melbourne to run my first ever giveaway! Be sure to be following me on instagram @lovehally to find out more. Thank you for taking the time to listen and if you enjoyed this episode I would be so grateful if you'd rate and write a review on iTunes it would mean the world to me. xx LET'S CONNECT FRIEND - IG: @LOVEHALLY Music: Do Me Wrong/Right by Loxbeats https://soundcloud.com/loxbeats Creative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported — CC BY 3.0http://creativecommons.org/licenses/b... This week's Back to the Movies throws us back to 1980s nostalgia once again as we sit down to review the remake(?), reboot(?), redo(?) of Ghostbusters! Arthur was so excited about this movie that he actually decided to cancel his podcasting career and start busting those ghosts with the Funky Soul Retrievers. Instead, I'm joined again by Alexandra Bohannon from The GoodTrash Genrecast / The Film Syllabus to discuss whether or not the all women led Ghostbusters delivers another classic. We're no strangers to the Ghostbusters here on GoodTrash Media. Back in the early days of the GoodTrash Genrecast, we even did a full analysis with guest Nick Sanford episode talking marshmallow man and all. The original 1984 Ghostbusters is no doubt a beloved classic by fans. So beloved, in fact, that there's been a very vocal group of fans who have voiced their qualms with an all ladies cast. In this episode, Alexandra and I discuss the importance of women representation on the big screen before getting into the nitty gritty about what does and does not work about the latest take on the Ghostbusters. Is it a remake, reboot, lega-sequel, or something else entirely?Don't miss our in depth review! What did you think of Ghostbusters?
