But the Saturday night match is a big test for a team that hasn't won a big game this year. Could it be a make-or-break game for a Galaxy side looking for any momentum it can turn into points with just six games remaining? On today's show, hosts Josh Guesman and Eric Vieira want to get you ready for this weekend's big game while also trying to put into perspective the rest of the season. And all of that will happen while the Dodgers battle the Giants in an NLDS deciding game -- the guys even stall at the end to make sure we can wrap it up. They didn't want to leave any loose threads. The guys will start by talking about the likelihood that Dennis te Kloese will be leaving at the end of the season and why that puts a lot of focus on the remaining front office staff. Can Greg Vanney carry the momentum of the club through to the 2022 season? And why are we even talking about 2022 when the Galaxy still have games to play in 2021? The guys will wrap the international call-ups and tell you why some red flags surround Sebastian Lletget and Jonathan dos Santos country appearances. Plus, Josh and Eric will tell you who will be available for selection on Saturday -- that includes injury updates as well. Then there's some Hall of Fame talk around Robbie Keane and a brief look at Julian Araujo and Efrain Alvarez's inclusion in the "22 Under 22" list that MLS hypes every season. Do Josh and Eric agree with the rankings? Where would they put the Galaxy's two young standouts? Finally, there's an in-depth look at the game this weekend with quotes from Greg Vanney about how the Galaxy can succeed against a red-hot Portland side that is coming into LA with all their confidence. It's a Saturday night game that doesn't get much bigger. Can the Galaxy find a way to break their winless streak? As always, thanks for listening to us! We're glad we could get you ready for the Galaxy's last six games of the regular season.

There were so many stops and starts it's hard to carry any momentum through international breaks that seem to come in rapid succession and then get back into a sprint toward the next break. But what has that really done to the LA Galaxy this year? What has been lost in this constant sprint-and-stop pace that sees just six games remaining in the regular season? On today's show, hosts Josh Guesman and Christian Miles (Kevin Baxter is away with the USMNT) discuss why the Galaxy haven't produced a consistent defensive lineup and why the midfield seems to have more holes in it than swiss cheese. The guys talk about what Jonathan dos Santos and Sebastian Lletget have in common and why Rayan Raveloson has shrunk away from the world-beater that showed up to the Galaxy and put the rest of the league on notice. Is there still time to fix both the midfield and the defense for the Galaxy? Or is it time to throw something against the wall and see what sticks? Josh and Christian will also discuss the Galaxy's upcoming schedule, why the race for the last playoff spot might just come down to a few teams, and what Galaxy internationals have been doing while away with their national teams. Plus, there's a power outage and some toilet talk! It's a well-rounded show that touches on just about everything! Thanks for joining us!

In the science of astronomy, it's important to see both the forest and the trees. Galaxy clusters, in many ways, serve as both. They're rich environments with stars, gas, dust, dark matter, black holes and more. The diversity of stars and stellar populations found within them, as well as found within galaxies of different shapes, sizes, and properties within those clusters, are part of a remarkable and coherent cosmic story. But sometimes the cosmic story can help us understand what's going on in these environments, the converse of the way we normally think about it: where we use the environment to learn about the universe. Come take a fascinating journey into these cosmic behemoths that are the gathering grounds for the greatest collections of large galaxies in the universe, and enjoy a delightful conversation with Gourav Khullar as we go along on this wild ride! The Enterprise is on its way to somewhere when they get a message from a Klingon vessel about some space shrapnel and on closer investigation they find out the shrap is from NASA! Holy 20th Century Captain! How did this Earth debris get all the way onto this side of the Galaxy? Picard sends an Away Team of some of our most essential cast members down to investigate a mysterious structure on the planet below. Riker, Data, and Worf materialize into a bubble pocket of oxygen-rich existence that is somehow thriving on the otherwise deadly gaseous planet. Once there, our away team finds an antique door that leads Rikes and company into a 1980's casino, “The Royale,” which they can't escape. The away team soon discovers that they are trapped in a construct built from the template of a bad novel. With help from Picard up top, and a Howard Hughes-esque mummy below, our crew devise a plot to gamble their way out of the artificial world of The Royale. Will Riker outthink the literary cage they are trapped in? Will Diana use her on and off again empathic powers to read her Imzadi's mood? Will Data count enough cards to beat the house?

But, based on 40-plus-years of our own in-depth investigations into the now overwhelming NASA evidence of “ancient solar system archaeology and habitation,” it's apparent that an even more extraordinary question in this vein needs to be addressed: “Is there any compelling scientific evidence that human beings — now living on this planet — once actually lived on OTHER worlds … not only on other planets in this solar system (like, on Mars …), but on planets in star systems located far across the Galaxy … if not far across the Universe itself?!” Well, it turns out, this extraordinary question HAS been asked … and answered. Max is back and we're not holding anything back. We cover the derby from before kickoff to after the final whistle. Max and Vince breakdown the incredible support that followed the Black & Gold to Dignity Health Sports Park. Over two hours before the match, LAFC had around 650 supporters, arriving in 13 buses, clad in all-black inside the stadium. The buzz that surrounded the match between the Galaxy and LAFC never disappoints. The match? That was a little bit different. Max and Vince share their thoughts on what went right and what went wrong in a 1-1 draw that really doesn't help either team. After that, the focus is on the "season within the season." LAFC has six matches remaining, the guys talk about what it will take to reach the playoffs. Then it's on to a more serious topic - things going too far in a rivalry. After the final whistle, Max and Vince share what they saw and offered a stern message to those that think that is passion in a rivalry. It's our hope the clubs and fans will work together to keep the passion of the rivalry on the pitch and through active support, not through violence. Finally, we're talking the international break. Hello and welcome to the Enchanted Ears Podcast, where we discuss anything and everything Disney. This week in Disney News, Disney definitely heard Angela complain about there not being enough new food offerings for the 50th so overnight, they created 150 new food items to serve. Disney also announced MagicBand+, a new magicband for the 50th that has interactive features and lights up! For those of us who couldn't be at the 50th celebration, Disney also streamed Harmonious and Disney Enchantment! And finally, we got our first peaks at the Galactic Starcruiser as well as an opening date! Let's say we're both cautiously optimistic. This week, we power rank the different lands of Disney. In this list, we've included the newer lands developed for Disneyland and Disney World: Pandora, Galaxy's Edge, Toy Story Land, Cars Land, Avengers Campus, and Pixar Pier. We approach ranking them by examining the attractions, food, atmosphere, architecture, and our overall favorite. We definitely were surprised with our results! When you're finished listening, be sure to head on over to our Facebook page, Enchanted Ears, to let us know how you'd rank the lands. Have a magical week!
