Ian Metty is an authentic artist who doesn't follow up trends, instead he follows "The Music In his Head", as he says. His music is melodic and yet deep, both danceable and mellow to listen at the same time. Ian says music needs to be colorful, "its like a painting and you have to choose the right colors", the same applies to his music, where every sound has its own color and purpose. He uses mostly analogue synthesizers and real instruments like piano, guitar, etc. He currently lives between Berlin and Costa Brava and is spending most of his time making melodic electronic music. As a DJ, Ian has performed in London, Berlin, Moscow, Prague, Barcelona and other electronic music hot spots around Europe. His sets are full of energy, melodies, vocals and always display his passion for a good vibe.
