Precisament, a les cinc s'inaugurarà la fira i a les sis, hi haurà una exhibició de patinadors professionals per inaugurar la pista de gel. “A les sis de la tarda hi haurà uns patinadors professionals que inauguraran la pista de gel, aquest divendres, dia 5”Cristina Aymerich El preu del tiquet serà de 8 euros per 30 minuts de patinatge, incloent el lloguer dels patins. Però hi haurà preus reduïts a 5 euros les tardes dels primers dies entre setmana no festius, és a dir, del 9 a l'11 i del 15 al 18. És important tenir en compte que les persones que vulguin patinar, han de dur guants. La fira estarà oberta des d’aquest divendres fins al 21 de desembre, mentre que la pista de gel s'allarga fins al 7 de gener.

Wandern, wo andere sonnenbaden und im Meer plantschen? Ja, das geht, in einer der populärsten Urlaubsregionen Europas: an der Costa Brava im Nordosten Spaniens. Und zwar auf dem Camino de la Ronda. Der auf Katalanisch, der Sprache der Region: Camí de Ronda heißt. Der Wanderweg beginnt in Port Bou an der Grenze und endet im Urlaubsort Blanes, wo die Costa Brava in die Costa de Maresme übergeht. Er führt über mehr als 200 Kilometer immer an der Küste entlang. Die Küste ist wild, auf Katalanisch und Spanisch brava: zerklüftet, felsig, h: zerklüftet, felsig, meerumtost. Mit vielen kleinen und noch viel mehr winzigen Buchten, manche nur über Küstenwege zugänglich. Wandern auf dem Camino de la Ronda ist ein Fest für alle Sinne. Tom Noga ist ihn in Teilen gewandert. Und hat sich Zeit genommen für das eine oder andere Sonnenbad und ganz viel Abkühlung in Meer.

It's time to level-up and experience longer periods of silence to truly practice cultivating a meditative state of mind. I started you with baby steps with ONE MINUTE on Day One, leading you in “high guidance” mindfulness sessions. The meditations slowly got longer with “medium guidance” where I slowly lengthened the periods of silent meditation. Now this week I am introducing TWO 10-minute stretches of silence with a brief intermission. You will hear the sound of bells, my voice, then I'll guide you back into the second 10-minutes of silent meditation. Days 23-25 will be the same giving you the opportunity to practice these longer silent meditations. The only difference being each day getting one minute longer. DAY EIGHTEEN April Mindful Minutes challenge:FIRE MEDITATIONToday's episode focuses on the natural element of FIRE. Feel a sense of energy, warmth, passion, and comfort in this meditation. Additional moments of silence will be introduced with 5-minutes of quiet near the end of the meditation.If you wish to skip the introduction and go straight to the meditation, begin at 2:40.BREATHING TIPS FOR THIS MEDITATIONUjjayi pranayama involves breathing through the nose, slightly constricting the back of the throat (the epiglottis) to create a soft, hissing sound, similar to the sound of the ocean. With the mouth closed inhale through the nostrils then slowly release and exhale through the nostrils. DAY SEVENTEEN April Mindful Minutes challenge:AIR MEDITATIONToday's episode introduces the natural element of AIR, inviting you to feel the air within and around you. Feel a sense of lightness and renewal as the air moves through you to clear out any stagnant energy of anything that does not serve you. BREATHING TIPS FOR THIS MEDITATIONBreathe in any way which feels relaxing and calming to you or consider using ujjayi breath, also referred to as the whisper breath, ocean breath or victorious breath.Ujjayi pranayama involves breathing through the nose, slightly constricting the back of the throat (the epiglottis) to create a soft, hissing sound, similar to the sound of the ocean. With the mouth closed inhale through the nostrils then slowly release and exhale through the nostrils. Expand and Release: sense the air as you expand the belly, lungs and ribcages when you inhale and a release that air & emptying out when you exhale.CHECK-IN: Before and after each practice I will invite you to check in and rate your stress level from 0 - 5. 0 = low,5 = highFollow along daily for 30 days to create a meditation habit.
