The countdown to episode 200 has begun !! And what an awesome way to start it off, with an episode talking to a totally inspirational Gent called Tom Shea. Tom has has a very rough past 20 years. It all started off when he was involved in a Road Traffic Accident where he broke his neck, back and many other parts of his body and as a result suffered a major Brain injury. His pain didn't stop there but he never let his Trauma get him down. He has battled every step along the way , dealt with everything that has crossed his path and it was an honour to have him on this episode to share his Traumatic Story. May I just add that Tom would never have reached where he is today without the love and support from his amazing wife.... Please head over to his youtube channel where he goes by the name PreacherBear . Also please head over to my new Web page . Warning it is still in the construction stages . www.themarcjeffrey.com head on over to insta for my new channels @the_alcohol_free_reviewer @design_4_life

Yes, I know. It is not a word ... yet ... but we all do it. I'll touch on Objectification, Subjectivity, and what I have coined as Adjectification.Tonight's show is 1 part rant, 1 part Alt-Write (Grammar Nazi), and 1 part research papers - as in, I share a couple. If you listened to PreacherBear and BearsPixie on Sunday, you heard BrotherBear talk about asexual - his understanding of the meaning of the word.He is not wrong. He is also not entirely correct (Sorry Bro!)This episode is Bear's fault. You can find links to the studies I reference at:http://www.tpok.network/podcasts/st-36/
I couldn't do it, I couldn't stay away! TPOK is in my blood and it's a part of me and I'm not letting it go. I may take a week off here or there to refresh my batteries because I have learned from this "retirement". I have to take care of me.So in celebration of the show starting up again Rainbow and I are going to talk about "INTOLERANCE". I have sat back and watched this lifestyle pretend to be some utopia that doesn't exist. We are people and no different than anyone else. Entitlement runs rampant and I can't take it anymore! All that I have ever did is try to help. If you don't like it, don't listen, don't attend my events or unfriend me. It's time that I woke up and use the voice that I have to make a difference. Being trans has showed me a side of some people that I find to be very intolerant and down right rude. We all matter, no matter we are today or tomorrow. Nobody deserves to be left behind. The least we can do is extend a helping hand out. Even if we don't understand what the person is going thru a little compassion and kindness would hurt NOBODY.Oh ya one more thing. FETLIFE ROCKS! It's a social networking site for kinky people and if they have to tighten up the rules to keep the dangerous people out and keep the credit card companies and banks happy than I applaud that. FetLife is NOT our community. Our community is made up of PEOPLE. So what, you can't post a certain pic. Big freaking whop. Make it private or keep it to yourself. Write about your desires for fuck sakes. All I know is that I won't give up such a wonder tool that has been integrated into my life in such a big way. Oh, and btw I support FetLife..do YOU?
Listeners in the Ontario kink scene are probably aware that this past weekend was one of our major camping events. I returned home late yesterday afternoon and am experiencing what I call "camp brain" (That feeling when you forgot to bring your mental faculties home after vacation). This week's episode is going to be a little bit different … more laid-back, less research-based.I am going to call this "Grab Bag". A few loosely connected topics, strung together in a conversational format. And what better topic to start with than kinky camping? I will be joined by PreacherBear and have told Crazy_Heart he can chime in if/when he wishes. We will be talking about various aspects of kink events, including the pros & cons, as well as some of the unsexy behind the scene considerations that organizers need to address in order to put on those lovely nights of kink and debauchery. Oh, and those pesky rules … why do we need all those freedom limiting rules?
It's been over a year since we talked to Preacher Bear. He remains a man full of passion and love for his community. He has branched out into exploring poly and has discovered that it takes hard work and dedication. This easy going guy is humble and wise. The conversation that we had was good from the beginning to the end.
PreacherBear started his kinky journey with his wife. He learned right from the start about community and trust. He has used those lessons in his own life and kinky family.
