Men are feeling like they simply dont matter or have a say anymore and the woke brigade simply look like they are taking over. What if this is simply a new form of warfare aimed towards the west to cause our society to implode ? We discuss this with my friend Lea Meakin on this episode . He produces a podcast called  Tangled Minds Podcast Tangled Mind Podcast is a show where he talks about  mental health and  day to day life challenges. They both suffer from mental health issues and both have not let that get in their way. Life isnt easy at times and on this episode we talk about problems they both have to deal with and things that upset them about mental health support in the UK.

On this episode I was honoured to talk to former Corporal Of Horse Craig Harrison. Craig held the record for longest confirmed sniper kill in combat from 2009 - 2017. We talk about his journey as a lad growing up, his time in the British Army right upto the challenges he suffers on a daily basis with PTSD. Iam also currently in talks with Craig about taking  part in his new survival school, where he teaches lots of bushcraft & survival techniques over a weekend. For years I've suffered with spelling and reading issues, suffered with literacy difficulties, been crap at maths and generally thought I wasn't good enough. As a child, told by the teacher I was a day dreamer and needed to concentrate. I wouldn't amount to anything in life .... These things stick in your mind and scar you as an adult. What if it wasn't lazyness or stupidity. What if my learning difficulties and lack of focus was actually down to something else? This episodes guest features Tony Copeland - Parker. A professional Pilot / Manager for 37 years. His last job had him managing pilots, flying B757 / 767 type aircraft all over the world. On a routine 6 month medical it was discovered that he had a health issue which required him needing a heart operation. At the same time his wife Catherine was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimers. What do you do when your in your 50s and your dropped this double dose of bad news? Tony and Catherine decided to sell up their home and become Nomads. Since then they have travelled to over Eighty Two countries and taken part in at least a half marathon in over thirty five countries. Tony started his own blog and wrote his own book called Running All Over The World - Our Race Against Early Alzheimers. Its an awesome story and it was a true honour to be able to chat to Tony on this episode. The countdown to episode 200 has begun !! And what an awesome way to start it off, with an episode talking to a totally inspirational  Gent called Tom Shea. Tom has has a very rough past 20 years. It all started off when he was involved in a Road Traffic Accident where he broke his neck, back and many other parts of his body and as a result suffered a major Brain injury. His pain didn't stop there but he never let his Trauma get him down. He has battled every step along the way , dealt with everything that has crossed his path and it was an honour to have him on this episode to share his Traumatic Story. What a week !!!  As you may all know I was suppose to be in South Africa on my holidays but it all went wrong again due to Covid. Lisa Bailey-Brown continues to help Wives, Husbands, children and family members come to grips with mental health issues. Giving much needed advice and offering a shoulder to cry on. Lisa's husband Matt was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder nearly 21 years ago and as a result its effected their lives to a degree most of us cannot imagine. Her way of personally dealing with such issues was helping others by setting up a support group called Beyond The Yellow Brick Road and has since started her very own Podcast called Love Always Lisa.
