We begin with an introduction to the Red Hood Gang and a misguided Bruce. Also introduced to a strong deviation of art style from dark and brooding to a punk-rock aesthetic that forces our lovely artists to be more detailed and precise. It's awesome. @ZeroYearPod @SteelbookDaddy Music by Fuzzeke Logo by @FocalDrifts

Synopsis for Gotham Season 3 Episode 5 Review Anything For You Podcast Written by:  Denise Thé Directed by: T.J. Scott The term of the new mayor of Gotham, Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor), starts well, but begins to be undone as a new Red Hood Gang appears and openly destroying his newfound achievements, challenging his authority. Edward Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) hits the trail of the Red Hoods and soon discovers that Butch Gilzean (Drew Powell), after killing his gang, is behind the new version of the group as part of a scheme to undermine Ngyma’s influence with Penguin and establish himself once again as Cobblepot's right-hand man. At a celebratory party in the new mayor's honor, Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) tells Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova) how he feels about her, but is not sure how Selina feels towards him, as he reasserts his feeling towards her they both share a kiss. Meanwhile, Nygma, who has Tabitha Galavan (Jessica Lucas) hostage, confronts Butch and manipulates him with the promise of power but only if he kills Cobblepot. As he executes the plan he is exposed as the leader of the Red Hood gang and is betrayed by Nygma. Back at the GCPD, Captain Barnes (Michael Chiklis) who was previously exposed to the blood of Alice Tetch (Naian González Norvind) blood asks Leslie Tompkins (Morena Baccarin) about the tests on the blood as he begins to find his feet and a newfound strength from within. A crew of five Irish American bank robbers heists up a bank with concealment over their faces and with their leader wearing a red hood, stealing from the bank itself and dispersing some of the money to ensure their escape. When Gordon and Bullock speak to the bank's employees, they realize this was a pro job and they had scouted the place last week to determine their timing. Tracking down one of the thieves from security footage, they find the crew leader Gus Floyd (Michael Goldsmith) dead and his hood gone, taken by Clyde Destro (Jonny Coyne), the new leader. Meanwhile, Oswald's is still struggling from its unsavory clientele especially once it runs out of alcohol which is sold to the club by Maroni. So Butch has cops on his payroll seize much of Maroni's supply for Cobblepot, establishing an uneasy trust between the two. The Red Hood Gang hits another bank using the same MO. With the assistance of a witness, Gordon and Bullock track down Destro, finding him wounded by a third member who took the mask and became leader. Fish meets with the prison's unnamed manager (Jeffrey Combs) as his boss, the Dollmaker, is currently away. As the manager tries to take her eyes for transplant, Fish removes her own left eye and destroys it to keep it out of their hands before passing out. An old Special Air Service comrade of Alfred's named Reginald Payne (David O'Hara) arrives at Wayne Manor claiming to be homeless and unemployed and he gets taken in for a day. However, when Alfred catches him stealing from the study, Payne stabs Alfred and flees. Bruce finds Alfred wounded. Identifying the next target, the GCPD surprises the Red Hood Gang who are gunned down in a firefight with the police. Gordon is then told about what happened to Alfred. Payne is revealed to be working as a private investigator, and reports to Molly Mathis about the suspicions that Bruce had found on the company. While the police aren't looking, the red hood is found by an unknown child.
