À l’occasion de sa revue de presse, lundi, Paul Arcand commente les résultats de deux nouveaux sondages en lien avec la campagne électorale. Les coups de sonde de la firme Léger pour le compte de Québecor et celui de Synopsis pour La Presse démontrent que la remontée de Christine Fréchette s’essouffle. Selon le sondage Léger, la Coalition avenir Québec (CAQ) occupe maintenant la troisième place dans les intentions de vote avec 21% des appuis, derrière le Parti québécois (PQ) à 29% et le Parti libéral du Québec (PLQ) à 23%. Le Parti conservateur (PCQ) d’Éric Duhaime fait quant à lui des gains, obtenant 17% des intentions de vote contre 10% pour Québec solidaire (QS). Du côté du sondage Synopsis, la CAQ perd trois points de pourcentage en deux semaines et recule à 24% des intentions de vote. De son côté, le PLQ est en hausse de deux points, à 22%. Selon ce coup de sonde, qui place le PCQ à 14% et QS à 11%, le PQ formerait un gouvernement minoritaire alors que la formation de Paul St-Pierre Plamondon obtient 28% des intentions de vote. L'activation est manuelle — mais quelqu'un va le faire. La vraie question n'est pas technique : où est le consentement du patient, et qui possède la liste des sous-traitants de Santé Québec ? Personne. Steve génère en direct une évaluation des menaces et des risques : souveraineté des données, exposition au Cloud Act, centralisation et rayon d'impact élargi, dette de sécurité liée au déploiement précipité, et une lacune linguistique documentée dès le jour un. Patrick enchaîne sur l'offre d'emploi sortie cette semaine à Santé Québec — dix ans d'expérience plus une pile de certificats que deux personnes au Québec possèdent — pour illustrer un système d'embauche qui mesure des papiers et jamais l'expérience. Côté incidents, chapeau à la CCQ : transparence, présidente en entrevue radio sans cassette, aucune rançon payée, restauration à partir des sauvegardes. Synopsis of the short story Following his departure from Baker Street, Dr Watson, although busy with his medical practice, decides to call upon his old friend, Sherlock Holmes. Holmes's page, Billy, informs the doctor that the over-worked detective is actually asleep in his room, although curiously there is a life-size wax dummy of his old friend positioned by the sitting room window. In the midst of this odd scenario, Holmes appears to explain that he is investigating a baffling and perilous case involving the disappearance of one of the crown jewels, the famed Mazarin stone. At this point, Holmes's principal suspect, Count Negretto Silvius, calls at Baker Street and Watson is hastily dispatched to fetch Inspector Youghal from Scotland Yard.
