Through sessions with clients I began to realize how hard people are working to run or flow energy - really the challenging part is getting out of our own way! In this segment I invite you to lean back and see what happens when you set your intentions and simply let things flow, what do you feel or notice in your body? Get clear on your intuition, receiving inner guidance from the connection with your Higher Self, and learn unique energy tools while setting clear concise and powerful intentions for 2024. This retreat will provide you with personal support in helping you understand and trust your intuition, while developing your gifts and abilities. Intuition Development Retreat: Reset & Renew January 2024 For any questions, comments, shares or for speaking events, please email connect@emilymarie.com. Stephanie has hit adversity time and time again, but it has never held her back. She's overcome divorce, financial struggles, and a car accident that left her son in the hospital for 3 months. After each set back she dusted herself off and got back to her feet. She's now completed some insane races included a 260k stage run in Tanzania, a 2nd place at Halliburton 100 miler, and completed the 885km Bruce Trail.  More from me @hilsport55 or  https://ruggedconditioning.com Check out her podcast at Running Divine
