Once I found the things that truly nourished me (mind, body, and soul), food became simple. Moving my body became simple. Eating to fuel my body felt easy. Passing up old crutches wasn't a battle anymore. And when I do indulge, I don't feel any kind of way about it because I know I won't be out of balance too long. I know what satisfies me in mind body and soul (they don't have to be at war, they have a lot in common actually). I'm not a doctor, and this isn't a miracle cure.
