ในเอพิโสดนี้ เป็นเรื่องของ ผลแห่งจิตชั่วลัดนิ้วมือเดียว ที่มาใน อปรอัจฉราสังฆาตวรรค ข้อที่ 479-562 ว่าด้วยเรื่อง "อนุสติ 10" ในหัวข้อ อานาปานสติ มรณสติ กายคตาสติ อุปสมานุสสติ และ อินทรีย์ 5 รวมกับ พละ 5 (เป็น 10) ที่ประกอบด้วยฌาน 4 และพรหมวิหาร 4 (เป็น 8) ในแต่ละข้อ รวมทั้งหมดเป็น 80 ข้อ (พระไตรปิฎกเล่มที่ 20 พระสุตตันตปิฎกเล่มที่ 12 [ฉบับมหาจุฬาฯ] อังคุตตรนิกาย เอก-ทุก-ติกนิบาต) การเจริญอานาปานสติ เป็นวิธีการปฏิบัติที่ใคร ๆ ก็ทำได้ ไม่ยากเกินไป แต่ต้องอาศัยการฝึกฝน และผู้ที่ทำได้แล้วเขาก็จะรู้ลมอยู่ตลอดเวลา สิ่งเกิดขึ้นที่เราจะสังเกตเห็นได้ ก็คือ จิตใจของเรามักจะไม่คล้อยไปตามอารมณ์อื่น ๆ ที่มากระทบอยู่เรื่อย ๆ จะไม่เกลือกกลั้วไปตามอารมณ์ความนึกคิดนั้น  การเจริญมรณสติ เป็นการระลึกถึงความตาย โดยให้มองตามความเป็นจริงใน 2 ขั้นตอน คือ เหตุปัจจัยของความตายนั้นมีมาก และการนึกถึงกุศลธรรมให้ได้ การเจริญกายคตาสติ เป็นการระลึกถึงกายในความที่กายนี้เป็นของปฏิกูล เป็นของไม่สวยงาม เป็นของรังโรค เป็นทุกข์ เพราะว่าร่างกายเป็นรูปขันธ์ และเราสามารถเอาความจริงที่เห็นในทุกข์มาเจริญมรรคได้ ซึ่งในเรื่องของกายคตาสตินี้ จะได้ลงลึกไปในรายละเอียดเนื้อหาอีกครั้งในเอพิโสดหน้า การเจริญอุปสมานุสสติ เป็นการตามระลึกถึงความสงบระงับที่ทำให้กิเลสมันลดลง จิตเราพอระลึกถึงความสงบระงับได้ มันก็จะค่อย ๆ น้อมไปเป็นเหตุให้เจริญมรรคได้ด้วยการเข้าใจขันธ์ 5 เข้าใจนิโรธ ให้มันถูก การเจริญอินทรีย์ 5 (สัทธินทรีย์ วีริยินทรีย์ สตินทรีย์ สมาธินทรีย์ ปัญญินทรีย์) รวมกับ พละ 5 (สัทธาพละ วีริยพละ สติพละ สมาธิพละ ปัญญาพละ) รวมเป็น 10 อย่าง ที่ประกอบด้วย ฌาน 4 (ปฐมฌาน ทุติยฌาน ตติยฌาน จตุตถฌาน) และพรหมวิหาร 4 (เมตตา กรุณา มุทิตา อุเบกขา) รวมเป็น 8 อย่าง ในแต่ละข้อ รวมทั้งหมดได้ 80 ข้อ ซึ่งแต่ละข้อ ๆ ทำแค่อย่างเดียว ทำแค่ชั่วลัดนิ้วมือเดียว ก็ดีหมด แนะนำรับฟังเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ Playlists: ขุดเพชรในพระไตรปิฏก S03E18 , S03E17 , S03E16 #2016-6t0319 Support the show.

I hope you’ve all accepted that Ruben actually got Nora out of prison, because that’s just where we’re at now – it’s S03E16, “Mirrors”, and boy do I hate what that title is referring to! Thank god they bring it up over and over again!
