Las Vegas Sands officially announced it is selling its Las Vegas properties - Venetian, Palazzo, and Sands Expo Center for $6.25 billion. This is a 2 parts deal. The first part is the $4 billion real estate assets sale and the second part is the $2.25 billion operation business sale. I talked a little bit about this transaction, the history of the old Sands hotel, the Rat Pack, and the entrepreneurship story of Sheldon Adelson. Rat Pack!
